My item was not as described and no resolution was made to fix it. Only a 20% refund and an excuse that their machine made it that way. It is not as pictured and that was $23 wasted. Beware of this company.
I purchased an order in October and it is now almost December and it was never received. Went to talk to customer service and she was saying I could not get my money back and if I wanted to repurchase I had to pay 16.79 on top of my 40 dollar purchase. When I mentioned lawyers, she decided to give me my full refund back. 0/10 never purchasing anything from here again. Strongly recommend not too.
I ordered july 15th and it's now August 16th and still nothing. All they do is send there bs automated emails if you email them. They're just trying to get there money clearly. I just asked for a refund let's see how that goes
Had an issue with a personalised item. The company printed the wrong name. When I contacted customer service they repeatedly told me it was a default setting on their print. They could not show me where the default was listed in the item description. They refused any help. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
My package said it will be delivered within 7-10 business days. It's been 23 days nothing has arrived. The person kept saying it's in transit for last 23 days. This was supposed to be a gift for our anniversary to my wife which this company has ruined for me. Will never purchase anything again and for sure I will let people know not to buy stuff from here

I ordered from Giftlab on the 9th of June hoping to get it before the 4th of July for a 1yr olds birthday gift which is tomorrow. I still have not received it. I have emailed them twice enquiring about my order and where it is, As the tracking site last said it had left the port and arrived at the port on the 25th of June. But doesn't say what country its in. Because I live in New Zealand I had to pay extra so it was very expensive. If I don't receive it by next week I will be taking matters further to make sure I receive my money back.

Ordered a custom cutting board as an anniversary gift and paid for express shipping... 2 and a half weeks later I got it... complained to tge company and they offered 10% discount... I refused asking for my shipping to be refunded... the board is not as pictured either... do not use thus site
I ordered something Jan 10th for Valentine's Day. It still has not come, I only get generic responses saying it's due to covid. But I've ordered things from places just as far away and they've come in 3 weeks. Tracking does not work. My money has been stolen and I have contacted PayPal for a refund and i am still waiting for a response.
As many others I was one of theirs victims.
If you bought The items by PayPal, I advise you to complain about The GIFTLAB and send to PayPal all the complaints that Were prejudice for them. It's easy to find on Instagram, trust pilot, site jabber...
I'm also asking to PayPal to bann this scam company.
I placed an order on 19 Jan for customized boxers for my boyfriend for Valentine's day. As per their website, i should receive it within 10 business days max after production. It's 15 Feb already, Valentine's over, and i still haven't received it. I emailed them twice in between to follow up on my order, because the tracking link they sent me says out for delivery since 27 Jan, and then to cancel the order, but no one bothered to answer. I am never ordering from them again.
I ordered a pillow and accidentally ordered a second. That's my fault.
I asked for a refund of the second item due to my mistake and received an email saying one had been canceled and I would get my refund in 5-7 days. I was impressed and felt fine about it.

After a month of not seeing a tracking or total update, I reached out. They asked me if I could just keep it instead or take a 30% cut on my refund. I said... no. You told me I'd be getting a refund. "Well on second thought, yeah you only have one pillow."

It says it was delivered. The recipient is out of town so we'll see. But THEN I asked where my refund was.
They said, "Because I didn't say anything, they weren't going to do anything about it."

I'm pissed. Do not buy from these people. Completely unprofessional. And borderline thieving.
