The product was wrapped securely and the delivery was timely. My sister loved the first gift so much so I decided to order another one for me as well. The second order is still wonderful. Would definitely recommend this site.

I placed an order mid month and received my order a few weeks later. Shipping is mediocre as well as their product quality. It is extremely overpriced for what they offer. I have never been so disappointed in a product. I placed a photo with a water bottle as a size comparison.

I thought this was a scam tbh but it actually came out great! A little bit late on delivery but since I was buying from New Zealand it was way better than I honestly expected. Bought two spotify ong and a photo plaques and the photo quality was good. Packed well to avoid breakages and actually emailed updates on the shipping. Will definitely buy again

My order arrived promptly. The product was well secured to avoid leakage. Product is just as expected.
They will incorrectly make your order then CHARGE YOU EXTRA MONEY if you need something corrected. And if you don't pay them the extra money, they won't let you cancel it and get a refund. They will just send it made incorrectly.
SHAME ON THESE people for taking advantage that way. Will never purchase something from them again.
I ordered items for Christmas, they said with Express shipping they could deliver it in time. There was no extra charge for the express shipping because of the size of my order.
First email they sent me was that I'd have to pay for Express shipping, but they never confirmed how much it would cost me after I asked. Second email was to say my order was suspended because the address I provided was undeliverable (there were no typos or anything in my address), so I reconfirmed the address.
Dec. 22 they've sent me another email saying the address is undeliverable! I have sent them a screenshot from Canada Post website confirming the address I provided is a valid Canadian address!
I can't speak for the quality of the product because I haven't seen it, but definitely don't order from them if you want it by a certain date!
The photo review system was not working.
When they sees photos without a head never communicate with customer to make it right.
They customise the cube without review it.
Did not allow order cancel and charge 30% cancellation fee.
Do not recommend to anyone.
The customer service was willing to work with me to help me get my order as soon as possible, the order is received and our family like it.
The supposed likeness they create for the bobble head, doesn't even come close. They didn't even get the eye color right, and the whole thing was a giant waste of money. It's not cute, it's just garbage. Save yourselves.

I ordered a blanket for my Granddaughter for Mothers Day. She is pregnant with her first. I was so extremely disapppinted. Not only did we not get it for mothers day but NEVER received it all. It is a scam. They keep telling me its been shipped but still nithing. Dont waste your time or money. Signed lesson learned.

Terrible. It said my order would be here for valentine's day & it wasn't. I tried calling gift lab and the shipping company no on has answered. I tried emailing, no one has answered. It's been almost a month since i ordered this package and there is still not location of my delivery. The tracking number the gave me is also incorrect! I have read awful reviews about gift lab and their delivery service they use after the order. I will never be giving gift on my business.
Cannot use socks, (too small even though I ordered the largest size and made of terrible materials. Wallet is classic cheap quality and too embarrassingly ugly to use. 1 star is only for fair postage.
I ordered 2 customized boxers for my boyfriend for Christmas. As of January, I still didn't receive the package, and when I went to GiftLab customer service, the two ladies in the email chain were absolutely no help. They kept telling me that my package was reading as delivered when I hadn't received it. They didn't check anything or give me any address for self pick-up. Also, they recommended that I check with neighbours for the lost package. Wtf? This is a safety risk, and this should never be recommended by a company! This order also took forever. I ordered it December 5th/21 and it didn't even arrive in the city until January 14th/22. At the time I ordered, they had a claim that delivery on that date would be before Christmas. With shipping insurance, this shouldn't be happening. I will never order from this company again.
I ordered the sports keychain. The names appear backwards because it is just a sticker on the plastic. The plastic you have to look through to see the name is not even clear enough to see it. The edges are sharp could've been sanded down. And I ordered two different uniforms, and they both came out the same. Totally a very disappointing experience. I would be embarrassed to give these as Christmas gifts. The company doesn't appear to be willing to refund so they will get thrown away. Buyer beware.

And the light up key chain with ur picture on it. Not worth buying. You cannot even see the picture
