I ordered a gift for a friend in his birthday paid the extra amount to receive it on time but nothing till now?! An no social media repliess! No one replying on their DMs the birthday passed with no gift!
CONFIRMED A SCAM SITE. DO NOT BELEIVE THE 5star REVIEWS as they are bought positive reviews by Giftlab. The 1star reviews all have the same issues hence I'll leave it to you to decipher what's real from what's not. The company is supposedly based in UK however the ship from and return to address is a China address. Have ordered a product from their website after being redirected from Instagram ads. The order was received and paid for. My order was parked in "production" for 2 weeks straight. When I emailed their support, they told me that it usually takes 5 to 6 days. Obviously contradictory and have zero inclination to assist me. Upon further checking, if you cancel your order when in "production" stage, you will be charged 30% of the payment made and only refunded 70%, IF AT ALL. UPDATE: I received my order from a sender based in China. It is confirmed, without a doubt, a SCAM. The quality of the product... is worse than what I can do myself with a pencil and paper. The words on the gift is literally untangible scribbles, and yes, it's suppose to be 100% readable as per their sample pictures on site and marketed on instagram/website. Oh well, an expensive lesson but at least now I know to view reviews for such sites in the future. Received today, tossed in the bin the same day. Don't waste time and money on this place.
Don't trust anything you see from these guys, especially their advertised delivery times. They market heavily before holidays then don't deliver in time.
I ordered from them and paid extra for express delivery because they guaranteed delivery within 7 business days on their site, but after checking order status online today it's more like 13 days, which is 6 days after the party I bought the gifts for. So as it stands, I'll have to purchase additional gifts because this company can't deliver on it's promises.
Don't trust the positive reviews: they're fake.
I haven't received the top yet, however the customer service is lovely! They replied very quickly, catered to my needs and provided excellent service.

False advertisement. The product that I clicked on to buy says Hawaiian shirt and short set. The picture shows a shirt and a pair shorts with a SKU number the same SKU number that I bought and checked out with I received just a shirt only and was told that even though the picture shows both products that it was just the shirt very dissatisfied. False advertisement buyer, beware

This "business" is a scam. I placed an order in March of 2023 for a personalized gift. The order was returned due to an "insufficient address" even though it is in fact my address and I have never experienced this in the past. It has taken three months of correspondence with this company in which they told me many different excuses as to why my order was not delivered. Each time I have requested an explanation or a refund they ignore me.
Finally, they claimed to receive my returned order at their warehouse and they now want me to pay an additional $7.99 for shipping or they will discard my package. No other option for a refund. I am going to contact my bank and dispute the charges and explain that this company is fraudulent. If you are considering ordering something from this company, please reconsider.

I would give them zero stars but I can't! Horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of custom socks for my fiancé for our upcoming wedding and they never arrived. When I contacted gift lab they didn't help in anyway. Didn't offer a refund or even to send a new pair.I was also charged two extra charge at checkout that I didn't see until my confirmation email. Don't ever use this company. The least they could do after paying so much for a pair of sock is stand by there product and help out a customer that did everything right and just wanted to surprise her fiancé on his wedding day with a personalized pair of socks

I ordered the customized mini plaque with picture and Spotify Scan code...It was perfect for the Valentine occasion. Just be sure to order at least 2 weeks ahead of time to give them time to work on it. Well worth the wait.

The pillow I received as a gift looks like it was made by a toddler! Seriously! My eighth grade home and careers project was better than this! And, what's with the $20 shipping for an item that literally weighs about 2 ounces? DO NOT purchase. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere!

I ordered a gift on January 17th. I've been informed it will not be here by February 14 and yet they are still telling people to order in time for Valentine's Day. It's ridiculous. Communication is via email with a two day delay.
