The website is a complete scam and I cannot believe I fell for it! I ordered two customized puzzles for Mother's Day one month ago. I read how long it would take to process and ship the items so I knew it would be delivered on time, however I have STILL not received the package and Mother's Day has come and gone! I have emailed multiple times and continue to receive the same generic email response with no solution to my problem. Since 4/29 the tracking has stated that the package is in California. No shipping updates have been provided since. I cannot believe how horrible this experience has been. Never again.

Horrible

I placed an order a month ago, the last information I see with tracking details is from April 25th. I sent an email asking for details and only received an auto message but nothing from an agent. What was supposed to be a cute little surprise turned into this headache. I just sent another email asking for a full refund. Let's see how long they take to respond. I will never order from this company again. This was my first and last time.

I too wished that I would have looked at the reviews of this company prior to ordering. I placed an order on April 19th... and as of today, May 12th I'm still waiting. Has anyone atleast finally received their product because I'm wondering does this company even exist. M? I placed an order for my beloved cousin whose mom died from cancer in Dec of last year 1 week before Christmas of all things. I was hoping to give her the blanket I ordered of her mother on mother's day... well its passed and no blanket. Disappointed beyond words... this company should be closed or be more honest about time frames and that's the bottom line.

This company is a total rip-off. I paid for a custom puzzle, priority processing and 2 day shipping. 14 days later I can't get anything from them but an email stating the processing can take up to 6 days. I can't tell you if the product is crap, because I am pretty sure I will never receive it. I am in the process of trying to getting my money back through PayPal, but not sure if they will give it back.

My experience is exactly like everyone else's. They quote 3-5 day production time and 7-10 days for shipping. Item was ordered on 4/4/20, I received an email on 4/11 that it was going into production (so already missed the production window), I received an email on 4/21 that it had shipped, and as of 5/11 it has not arrived and the tracking info is bogus.

I bought this puzzle a month ago and still haven't seen it every time I ask where it is they tell me to be patient the corona virus is slowing everything down. No it's not! I work in the delivery service and it's not slowed down. Everywhere has hired a ton of additional people for this reason. I paid for the one day shipping and my package has been stuck in California for almost 2 weeks now

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! THIS WEBSITE IS FAKE AND A SCAM! I realized after placing my order their website reviews have no comments because they're fake! Same with this website there only POSITIVE reviews are made by the company itself. Seconds after placing order I emailed company to ask to cancel order. Of course due to the 24-48 hr customer service wait they of course magically already made my blanket. Yet I read all these poor reviews and people are still waiting after months for theirs to show. Long story short I purchased blanket days after my loved animal passed away. So I do not have them still to cuddle. My heart sank after placing this $100 blanket order I knew would not come and my fight starts then to undo it. I emailed company and they expressed their condolences but that the item was made already, yet they make you believe it will take 5-7 days for products to be hand made lol, and they would have to CHARGE ME ANOTHER 30% IF I CANCEL TO RESTOCK THEIR ITEMS I HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED! My mind is honestly blown the kind of poor customer service these people who are running this website have. I had worked retail for years even as a manager and NEVER in my LIFE would this fly. This is not a business this is a scam and the people behind it are scam artists and thief's if you ask me. NEVER AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF DO YOUR RESEARCH WHEN ONLINE SHOPPING!

If I could give this negative stars I would. I ordered a picture puzzle for my mom for mothers day. They provided tracking on 4/26. Said 5-9 business days. Blamed shipping delay on covid-19. Problem is it is now 5/9 and usps has not even received this to begin shipping it to me. That is not a shipping delay. They never received it. Now mothers day is tomorrow and I have nothing. MAD!

Terrible

Terrible! First, my original purchase was through a different seller online. Second, soufeel is who the seller was in my PayPal account and who it states I made purchase from. Third, after waiting a month and not receiving my product and continuously requesting a refund of my money, the responses came from GetphotoBlanket company in China and gave me tracking numbers that did not work beyond China's borders and no more cooperation beyond that. Still no product. Still no refund.

They gave me a fake tracking number that can't be tracked. Customer service will not respond to any of my questions.

Puzzle ordered

Do not order from this site. Scam! I wish I knew but I trust too many people so easy. I ordered a puzzle for my nephew as a surprise on April 4th 2020. A got a bogus email with a tracking number that was "untrackable". I have been emailed with a "rep names Mila" and she keeps telling me to hang in there" and that it's on it's way but delayed due to COVID 19. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she keeps ignoring my request. And say the package should be here in 3-5 more days. I is now May 1st. I am waiting a few more days and then I an calling my bank for a refund of the money. I will also write to "Mila" that I will be reporting this to the police so that they can shut this site down. What a shame people actually do this. Sickening.

Just order from Amazon people. Dont trust any of these sites!

I ordered from this company because I saw a good looking, good quality blanket a friend had gotten as a gift for Christmas from this company. I ordered two blankets on 2/11/2020 and received an email that my blanket was on the way on 2/24/2020. I have been tracking the package and it has not moved any closer to my home since that date. I emailed the company on 3/5/2020 to ask why the prolonged delay and when I could expect to receive the package but no response except an automated reply that I would hear from someone in 48-72 hours. BEWARE--You might never see your order. There are many other options out there. I am sorry I did not select a different company.

First of all the product comes from China. I asked for it not to be shipped during the Coronavirus and they ignored it and shipped it anyway when I didn't even want a refund. Product is total cheap crap and poor quality. Went right into the trash! Plus it took over a month to arrive. Never informed it was coming from China.

My granddaughter ordered her dad a blanket for his birthday on Jan. 20,2020. I keep getting "updated" emails that the blanket hasn't shipped yet! One delay after another. It stated on the website it would take 5-7 days to process and would be shipped. Now we're sitting here 3 weeks later and no blanket. His birthday is this weekend and I can't bear to tell her she isn't getting his present. I'm mad as hell!

No Product received, poor customer service. Refuses to issue refund. Turns out product is made in and shipped from China. This isn't mentioned on the website. Secondly, it's been almost 5 weeks from my order date and I haven't received my pillow. I've contacted customer support 5 times and each time they ask me to wait longer. They have lied and stated that the pillow as waiting to clear customs in Canada, but the pillow was still in China.

I asked twice for a refund and both times they deflected my request and asked for me to wait longer. Order stated for expedited shipping 9 to 15 days.

Customer service takes at least 2 days to responded to emails. Since they are refusing to refund my purchase I've contacted MasterCard to begin a chargeback.

I ordered a blanket and paid for expedited shipping for Christmas and still no blanket. When you click on the tracking it literally just shows you that it's waiting in California. Do not waste your money or time. This website needs to be shut down.

Mistake

So I originally chose this website because they said they could make the same blanket from PrintyPets for cheaper and get it to me in time for Christmas. However it's a scam site that charged me and sent me a fake tracking number that redirects to a website that explains what the USPS is. I learned my lesson. After reading dozens of Instagram comments of people complaining that it's been months and they haven't received their blankets proved to me it's a scam. So I can't in good conscious recommend this company.

I ordered in October never recieved it customer service said they wouldn't replace it. Offered to send another I paid the shipping paid it didnt hear from them it's been 2 days. It was a xmas gift.
