I got a puzzle for my Mother's Day. Product did not arrive until July 14th. Horrible quality. Cheap.
I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on April 28th and have yet to receive anything other than excuses. I will try to get a refund from the cc company as suggested by another reviewer.
Ordered my puzzle with the hopes of supporting a small business during COVID. Come to find out that they send their work to China knowing that their logistics is shutdown. Emailed and told over multiple months to "wait awhile". When package came, there was no protection and the puzzle box was crushed. The "customization" was just the photo I sent them taped onto the outer box. So much for trying to support a company, their online photos do not match what the end product is really like.
They will lie to you through the entire process. Just file a dispute/charge back with your CC or Bank
I ordered a Mother's Day gift off of this website I was so excited. Not only did it take over 2 1/2 months to be delivered, but I received absolutely no communication from the company and when they did respond by email they provided the wrong name and no information as to when my package would arrive. If you're thinking of ordering off of the site DO NOT disappointed is how I feel at the least
On 4/15 well into lock down we ordered puzzles which we were told would come in approx 2 week. We waited months! I reached out and kept getting the run around. When they finally arrived there was no image and they were damaged. Suddenly they answer emails when I'm fighting payment. I no longer need the product, I needed it when I had a houseful of stressed people. I would NEVER order from them. There are plenty of honest businesses that would own their mistake
I ordered 4 different photo puzzles & for one it took me forever 2 get them. I kept getting updates in my email. I also figured that with the COVID-19 it put things behind. No big deal... PLEASE, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THUS COMPANY. I finally received all 4 photo puzzles in broken plastic containers & they were of the same picture when I sent in 4 different pictures. THUS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! I AM SENDING IN A COMPLAINT TI THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREA...
I ordered a puzzle for Mother's Day on 2020, Father's day has passed and the puzzle still hasn't come in.

I ordered a Mothers day gift several months ago. Last month I contacted them about my order and "Betty" stated it was customs holding up my order. This company is a scam. Do not order from them.
I placed an order on 5/1 for graduation and father's day gifts. I keep getting updated notifications that the items are coming. They are a complete scam. It is the end of June and nothing. I have ZERO need for any of the items anymore. $100 down the drain. Don't waste your money.
Ordered at the end of April. Now it's the end of June. No puzzle.
Going to reach out to my credit card company and have them cancel the payment.
Total scam. Pay money, get nothing. Buyer beware. They give fake shipping information and ask you to be patient but nothing ever comes..
Awful. I am VERY disappointed in getphotoblanket. The delivery took over a month and a half to get here. I ordered the 300 piece puzzle and when I received the item, not only was the quality terrible with the pieces falling apart but the box had the printed out picture glued on. This was not what I was expecting. Additionally, the service was not great as I contacted the company several times to get an update on my shipment and received the same response each time with no explanation. The least they could have done was taken off the shipping price and given me free shipping for the long delay. I wish I had not ordered this for a Mother's day present as it came 2 months late and wasn't even worth the wait.
I have never been so upset with a company. I started emailing them after I placed the order, inquiring about the pictures I submitted. Their first response was helpful and they sent me a mock up of what the product would look like, it was great. A few weeks after I emailed again because the tracking information had said the exact same thing for weeks and I wasn't sure if the tracking number was active or correct. All I wanted to know was where the blanket was coming was located and where they were shipping from. My question was never answered and I asked 6 separate times in 6 separate emails. My question was NEVER answered. Each time they avoided the question and just kept telling me to be patient. I had no problem waiting for the blanket as I am a reasonable person and understand what is happening with COVID-19, and that shipping times would be delayed. The problem I had was that they ignored my question about where it was coming from 6 separate times. UNACCEPTABLE!

I have a long and sordid story to tell about trying to order a custom puzzle from this company. I'll try and be brief. TLDR; this company is ridiculously disingenuous and will not help you if they send the wrong product, or if you want to do a return for any reason.
I ordered a puzzle in early March. It showed up at the end of April, two months later. I get it, COVID days. I open my package, WRONG PUZZLE! Someone else's photo printed on it.
Should be easy enough to return and get a refund right? WRONG. I have spent the last two weeks going back and forth with their customer service (though I would call it more like customer torture) trying to get a refund. They made me send photos, then verify some product number on the packaging (which is different from the one on my order because well. It's not my puzzle!), then tried to offer me a TEN PERCENT code. Then, much later, asked me to SEND MORE PICTURES!
I finally lost my patience and sent them an email about how it was really crazy they'd do this - my CS person asked me to BUILD THE PUZZLE before they sent my refund. Which is actually kind of funny. Regardless, I want my $50 back.
Screw you photo blanket, I hope you go out of business
Unbelievable. I purchased a thousand piece puzzle and paid expedited shipping. $49.90 total cost for a puzzle. When it finally arrived 6 weeks AFTER due, the case was busted and a piece was broken. Since it was a gift for someone this made it completely unusable. Contacting customer service was a nightmare and went back and forth for two weeks. They offered me a $5 refund. FIVE DOLLARS on a $49.90 purchase! When I requested a full refund, emails went back and forth with them trying to get me to wait another few months for a replacement claiming "improved packaging and shipping" meanwhile I'm just trying to get a refund. It's ridiculous a customer has to negotiate proper customer service when a company charges for expedited shipping yet doesn't send it for months and sends a damaged product. Terrible! Buyer beware!
This website is likely a scam. It has been 48 days since my credit card was charged for a purchase and I still have not received anything. I believe the company is in China and even though I paid for expedited shipping 48 days later still no product. They keep telling me to wait. Every message is wait. Maybe they think I will forget. Do yourself a favor and avoid this merchant altogether.
Ordered a customized puzzle at the end of April. Never received confirmation email or shipping/tracking details. It is now mid June. Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Customer service says the item was shipped, with a current tracking in NY as on 6/14, just a few days after I contacted them again. They will not refund completely because it was a custom item. I told them this was a purchase from my daughter as a Mother's Day Gift and when it never was confirmed or arrived, she purchased something else. I believe they never shipped it until they heard from me and then shipped it out, which is why it is currently tracked in NY on it's way from NC. Don't waste your money!
Placed an order in April for what was advertised as a Mother's Day present. To date, have not received the item. Have inquired 10 separate times to their gmail customer service and keep getting the same response about delays in shipping and to be patient. Their emails either contain broken hyperlinks to nothing at all or the same bogus USPS tracking number that states the Post Office is waiting for this company to ship them the item. Nothing in this world takes approximately 2 months to ship after it was made as I receive numerous international items in substantially less time. I have asked twice for my money back and received no response on that. The problem with these sites is one can't go to the Better Business Bureau to have them flag or intervene as they list no U.S. address. Your best bet is to pick a site with operations in U.S., Europe, or other parts of the Americas.
