I sold my iPhone with Orchard and must have spoken to 2-3 people at any given time over email to help get it done. Their support was fantastic in responding to emails quickly with solid answers. I can't think you can make selling a phone any easier. Use their app, fill-in the forms, ship the phone (or drop it off), and get money 4 weeks later! Great company and certainly top-notch service!

I am super impressed with my phone! It came earlier than expected and it's even better than I expected. I got the iPhone 6s in like new condition and I feel like I went to the Apple store and bought a new phone. I would definitely recommend this website, my phone looks exactly as advertised and I have absolutely no problems with it, it works super fast and I definitely would buy from here again! Only a few minor scratches on my new iphone 6s, very good condition. Phone works well and battery is better. But not at brand new. 81% wear. Overall I'm very happy!

The not so good news first, my wife has had bad luck with her Iphone 5S... first one stolen, second one left in the rain. Third one, to replace the soggy one was ordered yesterday before noon and arrived the next day 1.5 hours outside of Toronto before noon. All 3 were purchased from Orchard. The Good News is that the cost of the phone was less each time :) ... hehe.

They advertised a tablet i wanted the right price etc. I asked for clarification and they emailed me right away. Received my item and was exactly as advertised much faster delivery than ebay. Thanks guys

Bought an iPhone 6s for my daughter. Phone came early and everything works perfectly. Our purchase was described as "like new" and it really is. It is mint condition, it doesn't look used. Would highly recommend Orchard for any used phone purchase!

I got in touch with customer service who immediately offered to adjust my order. Item was shipped and received quickly, in the exact condition that was advertised. Excellent experience all around!

I have sold 2 units with GetOrchard & on both occasions I was pleasantly suprised to be given a better price than that originally quoted (which I considered fair at the time) I recommend that if you have a unit to sell, especially if you have kept the item in good condition, you will not receive a better price, or a more convenient service on the Internet in Canada.

Wow! My Iphone 6s Plus arrived 2 days after ordering. Popped in my SIM card from old one and I'm off and running. Phone was so beautiful and clean I was almost hesitant to touch it. Would order from Orchard again and will recommend to friends and family.

My family has now ordered 3 phones from orchard. They've arrived in perfect condition (2 were like new and one was very good). Very pleased!

I got the phone on the day it was promised. Went for the "very good" pricing and it had one small scratch on the back. They contacted me by email the day after I received the phone to see how it went. I had some setup issues ( which I eventually figured out), they offered to help with that. Also, battery health according to ios11.4 is at 91%. So far (3 weeks in) I am very happy with my 6S.
