Everything on this website is a lie. They advertized a "one-day only" discount that was still in effect when I returned 2 days later - I'm glad I didn't rush to buy into their BS. My order took a week to enter "processing", another week to "process", then it was Thanksgiving, and then the following week it shipped through a carrier and a priority different from what I requested, and was subsequently lost track of. I still haven't received the item and the event I bought the item for has already passed. They don't allow returns of holiday items, so they can be as crappy as they want.

All though they talk about great customer services I have found nothing but canned answers to my requests on a shirt I ordered. There is no way to speak to a representative and emails have been robotic responses. No phone #
I placed an order with a expedited shipment fee, as I needed it within a bit over a week. Upon ordering there was no expected delivery information on my initial confirmation. I expected a follow email as most companies provide with all the details but none was sent. After a day I decided to start the process of tracking my order but was discouraged by the time needed to do so. When I finally did get some answers, to my great disappointment the item is scheduled to arrive a week plus after my need date!
They had plenty of time prior to it entering the "so called production process" but have not responded since!
Their whole 24 hr cancel time is a scam so that they will only need to give u a credit!
Their products are mostly for unique events so I really don't need to have a credit sitting in their bank!
Unless u have plenty of time a faith do not order from this hide behind a curtain outfit!

I placed an order late Friday night. Their customer service claims they are only there Mon-Fri. So, I was advising them before their 24 hour cancellation policy. Early Monday am I called to cancel, to no avail. I then emailed them and got a response saying they would get back to me in 2-3 days. When (Christie) got back to me they advised they would cancel after deducting a 30% restocking fee. Restock what? The order had not even been in production. They would not budge. Do NOT order from this company unless your hobbies include tossing your money in the trash.

Its a scam. I ordered a romper for Halloween on October 4th. Process was easy. Got a confirmation email and thought I was set. The only information on shipping was that it was free. I ordered on the 4th and didnt need it till the 28th, so why worry? Well, on the 9th I received an email stating my order was in production. Wait, they make these as one-offs? Doubtful. Anyway, they had a track your order button, so I hit it. Said that the estimated delivery date was the 25th, but they are back ordered, so it will take an additional 15-30 days to receive. At no time during the ordering process or when I received the confirmation did they state it would take 2 months to receive the romper. They know these are for Halloween. I contacted support and they were less than sympathetic of course. They said they list the delayed shipping information on their Shipping and Returns tab on their website. Why would I check that before ordering? Should have shown estimated shipping time during the ordering process or confirmation. You have to cancel within 24 hours. I didnt find out I wouldnt receive it in time until 5 days after I ordered, so how could I cancel? They wouldnt refund the order, even though they didnt send it to me. I had to pay a 30% re-stocking fee. Yeah. Scam. Cost me over $30 to NOT receive the item. Its not something that I would ever use for another occasion, so I just did it. $30 to learn the lesson of not doing business with companies that arent reputable? Yep. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering as many people are upset with Getonfleek. They dont even have an option to write a review on their Facebook page. Wonder why? Pitiful.
