These people are a scam. Clothes look cute in the pics, but the actual sweatshirt/t shirt/hat/pants it is printed on isn't even close to the same style or quality presented in the photos. I received a product that literally no one would wear. Not "on fleek" at all. The sweatshirt was more like activewear... sleek, thin material like you would wear at the gym and cheap. It's like they make it in the boondocks of China and upcharge by 800%. Terrible scam. And you wont gwt your money back even if you dispute it.
So I ordered a product... which I have yet to receive... from Getonfleek. I ordered a week ahead of time and paid extra for express shipping. The problem is you have 6 hours to cancel your order(no biggie) and then its 10-14 day before they even THINK about shipping you your order. Products are nice but dont order from them last minute or youve just wasted money for something you wont get in time.
This is a scam website. The only difference is that they spent a lot of money on marketing so it's not as visible as in other scammy chinese websites. It takes another 10 minutes to see, which, sometimes you dont want to spend because the product looks decent & there are people tagging it on instagram + review it on youtube. You dont have time to watch and analyse the commenters etc.
I unfortunately did buy before checking. Now trying to get out of it. If not I'll make it hell to them
Still have no goods after 4 months. Tried to cancel the order over the course of the first 5 weeks but the goods were apparently shipped anyway. After the goods were apparently shipped CS have stopped talking to me. Now Im out of pocket and have no answer from getonfleek. Terrible company and service dont buy from them
Ordered May 26th. Still haven't received order. I've sent numerous emails and no reply. I wish I would've read this website first. Now I'm out over $200. :(
Worst quality product I have ever ordered and longest delivery time I have ever experienced. Sizing coul not be more innacurate

No merchandise, no response to emails, no shipment confirmation, no response, waste of $140... would not recommend to anyone, total disappointment.
Total scam. Just don't bother. Waste your money on something else. All the fake 5 star reviews are also hilarious, and it's sad that they think people are dumb enough to believe those lies.
After waiting for 2 months for my sweater, I received a very poorly made attempt at a sweater which looked nothing like the image online -to the point where the inks on the sweater were legitimately smudged and fading in different areas.
I spend about 3 weeks arguing back and forth with a few customer service staff via emails (with photos of my product attached), who could clearly barely understand English, and began ignoring my emails and requests to speak with a manager higher up to deal with my issues.
I was never put onto a manager, I was never given a refund, and I never heard from them again. Didn't know where to go from there, so eventually I gave up and let them win.
My delivery of 2 jumper took 8weeks. The quality is crap and you I had to pay additional tax for which GetOnFleek feels not responsible and does not state in their T&Cs. Don't buy anything from them just stay away!
Bought a hoodie for my child, after wearing it 4 times it started to fall apart. I asked for a replacement... was told to look at the return policy. 15days is all I had. That was my only response from the customer service team.
No attempt to fix the problem!
A++ for beauty and workmanship, but, the material is very cold, it is always cool to the touch and does not hold any body heat. I ordered two hoodies and was colder with the garment on than off even when worn over turtlenecks and sweater. I have other synthetic hoodies that warm me up in 10 minutes. This is streetwear only, It does not stop even the lightest breeze. If you live in a hot climate or are always too warm this is the garment for you, but if that's the case why would you be buying a hoodie? It took a long time to arrive but that was made clear on the ordering page. The construction is excellent the designs are beautiful but I'm still cold. PS you can't leave a review won their website, it's just a feedback loop.
This is a terrible place to shop. I would not recommend that anyone buy from them. I would rate this as a zero if it would let me! Their quality is terrible and fit is horrible. Do not waste your money!
They are very deceptive and everything is going to arrive late for the single use I intend on using it for. I will have to fight via AMEX purchase.
Complete Ripoff. This reviewer perfectly describes my situation but for an Ugly Christmas Sweater. I would recommend reporting them to the FTC for deceptive marketing. Would also note when contacting customer support you get an auto-response that they will get back to you 2-3 days. Yes, 2-3 to respond to your questions about timeliness. I asked to have the item shipped by a certain date and what are my options to make this happen. They replied with we're working on it then I get a tracking number that says it will take NINE days for my sweater to arrive 3 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS.
"Its a scam. I ordered a romper for Halloween on October 4th. Process was easy. Got a confirmation email and thought I was set. The only information on shipping was that it was free. I ordered on the 4th and didnt need it till the 28th, so why worry? Well, on the 9th I received an email stating my order was in production. Wait, they make these as one-offs? Doubtful. Anyway, they had a track your order button, so I hit it. Said that the estimated delivery date was the 25th, but they are back ordered, so it will take an additional 15-30 days to receive. At no time during the ordering process or when I received the confirmation did they state it would take 2 months to receive the romper. They know these are for Halloween. I contacted support and they were less than sympathetic of course. They said they list the delayed shipping information on their Shipping and Returns tab on their website. Why would I check that before ordering? Should have shown estimated shipping time during the ordering process or confirmation. You have to cancel within 24 hours. I didnt find out I wouldnt receive it in time until 5 days after I ordered, so how could I cancel? They wouldnt refund the order, even though they didnt send it to me. I had to pay a 30% re-stocking fee. Yeah. Scam. Cost me over $30 to NOT receive the item. Its not something that I would ever use for another occasion, so I just did it. $30 to learn the lesson of not doing business with companies that arent reputable? Yep. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering as many people are upset with Getonfleek. They dont even have an option to write a review on their Facebook page. Wonder why? Pitiful."
Refused to ship my product in time for my Christmas party and then refused to keep their promise to at least exchange the product. Worst service ever. Here is literally the last communication they gave to me in its entirety: "I'm sorry but I'm not able to cancel your order since all Christmas product sales are final." And this is when I asked for an exchange. AVOID SPENDING MONEY HERE!
Service is horrible. Ordered a romper on Nov 5 for Dec 1 party and it arrived too late on the first. Company had refused to cancel the order as well before it shipped. Material is horrendous too, unable to get the permanent wrinkles out. Looks horrible. I'd avoid.
I ordered my sweater on November 3rd for a December 16th party (today). I sent a notice to cancel my order and they refused to cancel.
Complete failure. Do not order.
Don't order from this sight unless you are absolutely sure you are going to love their product. They have a NO RETURN policy. So if the item is made incorrectly, or does not fit you are screwed and out of $80. I payed $80 for one of their holiday rompers and the quality is poor and the pants portion of it does not even fit properly. It is super long and is not fitted for the crotch area so it sags all the way to floor. Bunch of scammers! WHo the heck does not allow returns?
I order my product on November 11th.It has still not arrived.
They say that it is shipped but to no avail. I followed up with them on several occasions asking where my shipment was. They responded but failed to do the right thing or provide any real customer service. I need it for an event this Friday December 8th.
I was not concerned about regular shipping because I ordered the item a month in advance. I advised them when I needed it and if I didn't have it by the date to cancel the order and refund my credit card. They told me that all Christmas sales are final and no refunds.
I think this is a really bad disreputable company that should spend less time and money marketing and taking people's money on overpriced novelty items and more time trying to actually deliver the products successfully. I wish I would have checked some of these sites before because I can see that others are having the same disappointing experience.
