Honestly, the product I got was really great. I saw that there were lots of bad reviews so I was worried at first but thankfully that wasn't the case. It took a while to ship so I emailed them, and they provided me with tracking information that apparently they only just now are able to do lol. Eventually the product did come though it did take about 3 weeks. It seems that they're getting their stuff together though so I wouldnt say they're as bad as people make it.

I ordered a sweater and a crew neck for my boyfriend's 24th birthday on March 9,2016. 3 weeks later I had still not received anything in the mail (I live in British Columbia, Canada). So I went on the website to find a number so I could contact someone and ask when I should be expecting my package. (The tracking # they provided me with, did not work whatsoever.) After calling the number provided 5 times, I finally got through to someone, who basically told me to suck it up and it would be here when it got here. I told her that if my package was not in within another week or so, I would no longer require the items as it was APRIL at this point and my boyfriend no longer needed thick sweatshirts, it was getting to be t-shirt and shorts weather. The whole experience was a $#*! show from the beginning, I finally got the items YESTERDAY it is May 11,2016. That's OVER 2 months of waiting for 2 WINTER items. The only good thing about this whole situation is that the material is so incredibly $#*!ty, and thin, that my boyfriend will be able to wear it on cool summer nights. BUT THAT IS IF IT EVEN MAKES IT THROUGH THE FIRST WASH AND DRY.

Not pleased. Wouldn't recommend. Run. Run far away from this scam.

If I could rate the service and product, it would be 0.
Not only did it take 2.5 months before I received a jumper, which infact is a glorified T-shirt because the material is that thin, I'm scared to wash it in case it falls apart.
I asked for a hoodie and I get a long sleeved T-shirt.
Can't contact by phone because the number provided is incorrect. When you send an email, you can expect a response a week later. That's if your lucky.
Unsatisfactory quality and service.
Never again and would happily suggest potential buyers beware.

After purchasing two items, not receiving it for 5 weeks. I had emailed their help email contact (only point of contact for Australian buyers), they had never bothered responding to me. Only after opening a paypal claim (Please use paypal for everything), only then did they respond saying the item was lost and they were going to resend. This is after i specifically asked for a refund. So now they had informed me that i had t wait until items arrived. Once i received the items i was absolutely appalled at the quality. How can someone justify $80+ AUS for a top that's meant to be a jumper, which feels like more like some really cheap skins. Sizing was also really weird. I bought an XL and the arms were tiny as well as the other area's in general. Now i'm in the process of requesting a refund which we'll see how this goes. Presuming i have to pay for the postage to the chinese factory it came from. Yes the item is a cheap chinese quality with Chinese postage details.Not that I'd care too much but the quality and price is not justify-able. Please stay away.

Ok, let me give ya'll the REAL review... I've purchased twice already. First order was a sippin that lean tracksuit and sure it took about 2 maybe 3 weeks to get here but thats expected of a made to order product. It felt good and looked good, no complaints. I ordered a second time and got 2 crewnecks and just like the first I got them within 2 weeks or so. I did have an issue with one of the crewnecks a bit too big but I called them up and they sent me out another for free. So after my experience and telling my friends I got no idea why there negative reviews here. There are a few places trying to scam this brand so maybe ya'll ordered from a fake Getonfleek. Idk. Ya'll do realize they have a phone number you can call anytime right? All this "they never replied to me" bs stop tweeting at them and just call if you need. These guys have been legit and I'm going to keep shopping with them. Keep up the dope designs!

Complete rip off. Firstly, the descriptions for their clothes on the website are inaccurate - they say that a shirt is made of a certain material, and then the one they send you is made of something complete different. Next, they use cheap materials from China which are definitely NOT worth the price you are paying. One cold machine wash, and the colours have faded and have even smudged onto the lighter parts of the shirt. I've wasted nearly $100 AUD on their products and definitely do not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this site.

This company has no integrity! The sweat shirt that I ordered for almost $70.00 came small enough to fit a child and NOT the XL I requested. There was no tag on the inside, the material was so thin and cheap it may as well have been a t-shirt. The thread was white and visible in the seams on a black shirt. The colors were faded and overall it was a disaster. Getonfleek WOULD NOT respond to several email attempts to resolve this, they did nothing! They avoid customer service by using email to avoid communicating with customers via phone... the simply ignore the emails.
