No matter what day what time, someone will always ask me where I got this hoodie from and how much they love. Then they tell me they have this craving for pancakes. This hoodie earned me the nickname Mikey Pancakes!
It was amazing I always get compliments out and about when I'm wearing the shirt. People always ask "Where did you get that shirt" or "Your making me hungry!" All in all I love this shirt and plan to buy more!
Just ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend... paid over 100 bucks for it... haven't received any information other than that it was ordered... Just signed on to see what's going on... says it's still in my bag but my credit card says it was paid for... what the actual $#*!... is this coming or should I contact my credit card company asap? Confused and pissed off

Ok, where do I start with this complete failure of a company?
28 JAN 2017: Ordered first shirt with getonfleek
25 FEB 2017: I send getonfleek an email to check upon the status of my order after receiving no updates
18 MARCH 2017: Getonfleek finally responds to my email (that's 21 days to respond to a single email) telling me that it "looks like your order has been shipped and should be arriving within the net few business days".
4 APR 2017: My shirt finally arrives but it's the wrong color, it looks hideous and so I write a negative review on site jabber.
5 APR 2017: A getonfleek staff member contacts me and asks me to email their help desk with a photo of the shirt.
18 JUN 2017: After ignoring my first email with the image of the tee, I sent a second email which getonfleek eventually responded to, offering a replacement.
22 JUN 2017: I get an email informing me that my order is in production.
6 JUL 2017: I get an email saying that my product has finished production and that it should be shipping withing 3 - 7 days.
15 JUL 2017:9 days go past with no tracking number or updates, so I emailed getonfleek. The responded telling me that the order was "lost". Great.
At this point, getonfleek has failed to send me one acceptable T-shirt in 6 months.
Getonfleek is the worst case of company mismanagement and staff incompetence I've ever seen.
One more thing I want to point out that strikes me as suspicious is the positive reviews on this website, look at how all the positive reviews are clumped together in dates, 7/1/17 has 5-6 five star reviews written in one day. Very suspicious.
Please avoid this website like the plague.

Getonfleek is a wonderful store with amazing tees, tanks and hoodies. It has served me well for Halloween and music festivals. The merchandise makes for great pictures and good nights. The only complaint is, they are SO SLOW. I hate that there is no option to pay extra for faster shipping. It is kind of ridiculous to have to wait a month for a simple tank top. That being said, I will probably never stop shopping with Getonfleek because the prices are affordable and the clothing is great!
Placed order for hoodie jan31,2017... no email or tracking come feb 25,2017 I sent customer service an email about the lack of tracking or email... received no response by March 3,2017 so I called the cs stated they were changing facilities and were processing orders from feb now and it should be out within 2 weeks. Called March 14,2017 cs stated their was a quality issue and I could not get a refund where I was charged back on Jan 31,2017 that they have A NO REFUND POLICY, only exchange well if I didn't get the first product what the hell could I possibly exchange in the first place and why the hell would I order something else from them again. Customer service gets a fat ZERO0 Company itself gets a -ZERO... I will be called nota ting my bank today to reverse the charge... THERE IS MORE THAN 1 WAY TO SKIN A CAT as we say in Georgia.
Still waiting and extremely disappointed! This is the only thing my son ask for, for Christmas is a sweat outfit from here. They took my money $140 with no information given to me and no merchadise! My son will be so disappointed Christmas morning! Wish i would of checked into this site more before ordering!
Was promised Christmas delivery. Bought a month ago. Still processing, call and they say not sure it's the people shipping that are slow. Really?

I ordered a tracksuit four weeks ago. No contact. No reply to emails, no tracksuit. Their website does say items are made to order and can take 10-16 days but this is nothing like that. Stay away

When I read the reviews on this site after purchasing a $99 tracksuit, I was very intimidated. I was foolish enough to buy from a website that I hadn't seen reviews of yet. However, the gap between bots giving great reviews and others giving horrible ones is misleading. I ordered a chicken ramen tracksuit on October 4th, and yesterday, it arrived at my house. This was way over the shipping time, so I started to get angry when I saw that they had exceeded their predicted manufacturing limit of 3-7 days. Still, after contacting the site (which responded within 24 hours), I was able to get updated on my purchase efficiently. The actual tracksuit itself is exactly as described, nothing more and nothing less. I can't say anything bad about it. At the very least, it doesn't look like it was "made in a sweatshop (which is an insult I cannot begin to find any sort of truth in. I believe that people who received their item late just wanted to trash over the item as much as possible)." Overall, their good customer service made up for the shipping wait. I'm just glad I have my item with me before Halloween. So if you want to make a purchase on this site, I would recommend that you give them around four weeks to actually ship the item.
Look at the reviews it's either a 1 or 5. That's because the 5's are from the people that work there and the 1's are actual customers. I ordered a shirt, it looked nothing like the one online, you can tell it was made in a sweatshop. Then I returned it like 4 months ago for a refund. At 1st they kept saying we haven't gotten it. Then after the deadline was up for me to receive a refund, they said they got the shirt but they couldn't give me a refund but offered store credit. It was funny how when I was checking with them, it would take weeks to respond and I would have to email twice. But as soon as they knew they didn't have to give me a refund they responded the next day. They're products are trash and poorly made. My shirt had one sleeve shorter than the other and thread hanging off it. Anyone who does business with them is a damn fool.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago haven't received it. I called the place over 7 times and no one has bothered to call back. I emailed, no response. They either need more employees or better management. Quick to take the money from my account but can't even give me what I ordered? I recommend to not order from here no one deserves to get treated in such ways, and scammed.
I have waited 10 weeks for my order and was told it was sent 6 weeks ago, no one has gotten back to me or can provide me with a tracking number. I haven't even received my refund

I bought the Trip Lion King joggers and I was surprised that it fits me well (I bought medium sized one). It's just comfortable to wear and the quality is really good. I also love the creative design of the item. On-time delivery as well. Will surely buy some of their items next time.
I was looking for a perfect gift for my brother and I was browsing the web when I landed on getonfleek.com. I got really excited when I saw their unique designs so I ordered their Abstract Wolf Hoodie. It was shipped to me on time, I think even earlier than the promised date so I'm really happy. What's more is that the hoodie looks very nice and the fabric and the quality is superb that I actually thought of keeping it for myself, HAHAHA! It looks exactly like the one on their website. Thank YOU getonfleek! My brother was very happy too.
