I got a ring with my whole families names and birthday stones on it, and one of the names is missing a letter. It's a unique name I know but the person should have gotten it right cause I rechecked every name to make sure everything was correct before I sent the order. It's the middle name that was supposed to be spelled Deloney.

Bought a charm for loss of a pet. The tracking number being given is not available. Didn't offer to send another one and they are refusing refund. Most probably it's a fake website.

Ordered on 17th July with a promise of 5-9 days delivery I received my order on August 3rd. Really annoying

I placed an order and upon being notified of expected shipment delays, I cancelled the order. My initial response from customer service was that I would be refunded within 3 days. It is 7 months later and I still have not received my refund. I have sent email after email with not response from customer service. No phone number available to call and I believe this company may just be a scam. Order number *******

The bones are small but the lettering and paw prints on the bones are something else. You need a magnifying glass to see the wording. It's so small I can't even check if it's spelt right. Awaiting a message back from the company. If you look at my husbands thumbnails you'll get a scale of how small the writing and bones are

My little girl ordered a personalised card holder for Father's Day. Ordered in more than enough time for it to arrive in time. As guaranteed on their website. CLEARLY false advertising!
Once eventuality received, was offered quite frankly an insulting compensation amount. Which didn't even cover the urgent shipping costs. Don't be fooled into to paying for this! Will not be ordering from Getnanesnecklace again or recommend!

I ordered an item over 2 months ago. I have not received it. This terrible company does not respond to emails. I would never order from them again. They are thieves and complete frauds. 1 star rating is too high for this company.

I ordered my mom a necklace 2 months ago and I check every day for the fake track order I have emailed yall more than 2 times and yall haven't responded back and yall been sending more emails about the offer on a charge of 50%. I need yall to answer me. I wasted 50 dollars on a necklace that I haven't received

I ordered an anxiety ring in february and get the information 3 weeks later that it's on his way. Due to the tracking my order should be arrived in march...but unfortunatelly it didn't. So I asked for support. But no response, not to my first request, not to my second! No ring, no information.
Maybe it's a scam!

I received the necklace just not on time. A late arrival. I wasn't scammed it was just late. They need to work on time.

I've ordered a pair bracelets on 25 of December! Still didn't receive it yet! The customer support is answering the complaints but still nothing. Better don't order from them at all. Just waist of money, your time and nerves!

After multiple correspondences with this scam of a website, I received confirmation on the 8th. March to expect delivery within two weeks - AS of today, April 1st, nothing is received.

I'm proceeding to file a complaint in 10 days, please be in contact if you also want to and I will be more than happy to help you file one as well.

After my bad review, the customer service asked me to send them an email. Which makes me lough as I already send a lot of emails…. But I tried again and wanted to give them a chance…
As a reminder, one month after my order, I received the cash binder in a wrong color and not customized for me!
They finally reply (miracle of bad review) and told me that they did not received the picture of the cash binder I received. So, I send it again and then told me that they can send me the correct cash binder. I told them that I was ok but I would like that they send it to me in a way that I can get it sooner, with UPS for example because I needed it last month and not the next one, but their answer was that they only offer free shipping for regular shipping but I can pay if I want it to be send in an other way! I them told them that I thought they could do it for free to repair their mistake, it was their mistake not mine! So at the end they said I will get a refund (I'm not sur I really will).
I wanted to give them a chance because mistakes can happen but the customer service is very bad and I continue to think that this is a very bad company who doesn't care about there clients and stole them.
Very disappointed, I never had a so bad customer service who dosen't want to do something to be sure that the client is happy at the end.
AVOID them or you will lose time, nerves and money!

Avoid this company at all costs. They have stolen money from me.not provided the product and refuse to acknowledge that they have done so. I've reported them to trading standards. Logged a fraud case with the bank and I am pursuing them through the civil courts. I can't stress enough that these guys are crooks!

I ordered a dog-tag photo necklace for each of my sons, with pictures of their father who recently passed away.
One necklace turned out well.
The other necklace was horrible and the picture could hardly be seen. I complained to the company, and they asked for pictures of the product, which I emailed to them. Their response was that "It is handcraft, qualified, and correct." (They do not speak fluent English). They offered that I send them 1/2 the price and they would make another one. However, I opted to return it(which they tried to talk me out of), and now I have specific instructions and a big hassle, to supposedly get 70% refunded. I doubt if I will see any refund at all.
I recommend that you shop elsewhere.

I have ordered from them 2 times now. First time stones wouldn't stay in the ring and I have been waiting nearly a month for the last order to ship

I have placed the order for a key chain, on 27 December, 2022. They have claimed the delivery in 14 to 18 days. But even after one month there is no sign of delivery and all the time, their tracking shows it is in transit. Such an unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional vendor, I have never seen. I request all to keep away from this vendor, it is same like scam.
