This is reference to order# ******* from the company Getnamenecklace. I ordered four Engraved Pet Photo Keychains upon submitting four different pet photos. The keychains were supposed to be gifts for Christmas. I am writing this review to warn anyone considering buying from this company to reconsider. Of note, the company is based in China. You will wait weeks for it to be shipped. Unlike other reviewers, I actually received my order. However, the quality was so poor that I was too embarrassed to give the items as gifts. Given the quality was so poor, I did not want an exchange or for the work to be recrafted. Instead, I emailed customer service for a refund.

First, I noticed the small size. The keychains are almost an inch in length, and the keychain ring is larger than the keychain pendant. Second, the images for the items were barely visible. You have to hold up the images to the light and move them around to see any detail. Two of the four keychains barely have any detail and only the faces are slightly more visible. Also, the engraving is so light that I have no doubt that it will wear away quickly, particularly as a keychain. The other two keychains I ordered were cut out so poorly that the bodies look like zombie dogs. This is ironic given that I received an email that my order was being handcrafted by a designer and in current emails saying that the order was custom made. If these were handcrafted, the designer should have seen how awful they were. If the pictures I supplied were not helpful to the designer or the process, I would have hoped to receive notification that the order could not be processed.

When researching how to obtain a refund, I found a very long explanation of the company's refund policy on their website. However, it provided no details about actually getting a refund other than to contact their customer service. I emailed the company and was asked to provide pictures of the items, which I did. I have been emailing back and forth to customer service six times. It takes approximately 2-3 days for each reply. They have yet to provide me with an address to return these items. Initially, they only offered to refund me 15% total for only two of the items. In their last email they are now offering 50%. My intention in asking for a refund was not to haggle but to show that these items are unacceptable.

Please do some research before you buy! I'm sure there are other companies that can offer better quality products. I will never order from Getnamenecklace again and frankly consider this company a scam.

Ordered a necklace online came in the time frame however the projector picture was really bad blurry and the writing back to front.

But due to this I am only entitled to a 70% refund on this occasion so have to pay for their mistake seems a bit wrong.

I have now taken this up with the bank to recall the full payment as got enough proof of them refussing to pay back all the money and the product is faulty/not as sold

Stay away it's a cloned site that takes your money and you won't receive your product and customer service is awful and fraudulent. Won't answer and the one time they did it said wait a few more days. I ordered a 3D photo moon lamp for my husband with a photo of our dog that died in Nov 2019 and still no product and it's the end of Dec 2019. They took my money and ripped me off.

Unless you want to throw your money away stay away from this company. The engravings are so light you cannot even tell what the engraving of your pet looks like. They admitted the engraving was blurry and their fault but wanted to give me a 30% refund. I ordered 2 necklaces and both were terrible. In the end they offered to refund me for one but told me I had to keep the other. The other was in just as bad of condition as the first. Look at the pic from their website vs what I received and judge for yourself

The customer service is appalling I ordered a item that was meant to take 3-6 days to be made. The item ended up taking 15 days with no update or reply from the company.

It has now been over 20 days since I ordered my item and I have still not received the item I paid for. I have had no reply of the Customer service team.

When trying to track my order the tracking information is absolutely useless and says my item is still in Hong Kong.

Ordered a necklace on 11/5/19. Got a tracking number on 11/10. It is 12/3/19 and still nothing. Customer service sucks! There is no live person. They tell you to be patient that it will arrive soon, to check back next week. I've been checking every day and still nothing. I already paid for a necklace my son wanted for his birthday. This company is a scammer. Everything is "don't worry, be patient " I am putting a complaint this company should not be allowed to sell anything to anyone!

We ordered a necklace on the 13th of Nov. Promised to have it by the 25th as a Birthday gift. WOW... IT'S ONLY THE 3RD OF DECEMBER! No response by email, live chat, phone call or customer support. What is worse is that it was my teenage son ordered and payed for it. He will pay for it so that he stays away from the Chinese horrible sites! I wish that I could reach through a phone right now! HELL, I just wish that I could reach them at all. Good luck. We opened a dispute through Paypal. Can't wait to see how that goes. So upset that my son was scammed! $30.00 GONE and that is a lot for a teenager.

I wish there was a 0 star review I could give to this fools. I have ordered a necklace for a birthday and they promised me to deliver it in 12-15 days. Its also mentioned on their site. Once the order was placed they took 12 days to ship the product and and another 17 days to get product to USA and this f***ing guiness delivered it to wrong address so it got returned back to the company and they are denying to give my money back. Their communication method sucks and can't even talk becuase they communicate with Facebook message and replies to dozens of messages with 1 reply saying "sorry please be patience".

I placed my order for a 'sterling silver' heart necklace, with personalized names and birth stones of myself and my husband. When the order, finally arrived, I was completely over the moon with it. It was perfect and the ideal way to celebrate our marriage together.
After just 3 weeks of wearing it (I would take it off at the end of the day, as well as when I was showering) the chain and pendent began to lose color. Going a dull black/gray effect. I tried to polish it up, with the cleaning cloth, which was supplied with the necklace. However I was unable to remove the dull shadow, thus not bringing it back to its normal condition and sparkle. Overall realising it is not sterling silver after all.
I am completely disappointed that the company has misguided information and falsely advertised their products as something they clearly are not.
I would sincerely recommend going elsewhere when trying to purchase something that is supposed to be sentimental.
I originally thought this website was too good to be true. Now I know for sure that it definitely is.
I certainly would never shop with this company again and strongly wish I could be refunded for my misguided judgment.

I ordered a necklace from them with Arabic name, they wrote the name wrong after sending me pre-order photos in which the name was right. I've sent them an email saying you made a wrong order and I'm asking repayment, they claimed that the name was right and they aren't willing to pay me. After sending them the pre-order photos and the product photos which were completely different (which proves that they don't know the language and at the same time they charge people without having the decency to employ a language professional). After that they said they are willing to give me 70% off my next order, I told them I'm ok with that, 5 days with no reply, I told I'm angry with the way you are treating your customers, they replied that they are sorry and willing to offer only 50% off. I told I'm not willing to pay money on their products anymore. If you're willing to deal with such low quality customer and product service, then go ahead and deal with this scam company

Bad Service
Ok so after reading reviews here i still give it a shot to try ordering from this site and I have prove it myself that i should have not. I am ordering from Dubai UAE and I paid the express shipping amount of $22.99 which said that shipping would take 2 to 4 business days for those countries outside USA etc which means that would include UAE. After few minutes i received this email.

It's weird that they're unable to find my location where in fact i always gets shipment from DHL abroad. They want me to pay additional $7 which I'm not willing to pay they should have make it clear from the very beginning on the charges. I already paid for express shipping theres no way im gonna pay another charges.

I have contacted their support and have exchange of emails which is very challenging as well because they dont speak proper English and they just keep on insisting me additional cost for the shipment. I tried contacting their live support and up until now im still connecting which i doubt ill get any support btw,

I ask the support agent in email to either send me my order or cancel it and give me my refund which she immediately agreed to cancel it and inform that i will get my refund in 5 to 7 working days, This is absurd and so disappointing I've been wanting to order from this site since few months ago but I'm in doubt cuz of the bad reviews I should have just listened to my own guts instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt.
