I received a call from someone saying that they can help us get into a cheaper plan with better coverage. I was a bit hesitant at first but they were right! I am so thankful that I did not hung up when they called me. I might have lost a ton of money with my health insurance if I did!

Life Saver

After speaking to 10 different "Brokers", this was the only company that offered me coverage through the Market Place. They even made sure I received a credit on my premium and helped me complete the paperwork. Thank you for everything Curtis!

I had been getting tons of call lately because I went onto healthcare.gov which is the government site for health insurance. I got a call from a lady who said she was licensed in my state to help me, I was skeptical at first because they asked for my date of birth and zip code, but realized that was part of getting a personal quote, after speaking to the agent she was really helpful and was able to take care of my family with a United Healthcare PPO policy, I was able to save about $100 a month, recommended to my uncle and my best friend

Scam company

This company also goes by Tobias and associates they have unlicensed agents working there I know because I was offered a job went sat next to some people only to find out only a few people had a liscense. They were taking drugs it was a mess needless to say I stayed for 1 hour never to return. I called the Department of insurance no one wants to do anything in florida these places are like churches they are on every corner unlicensed agent means policy not valid florida needs real politicians to clean up

I had trouble with my health insurance company. Thomas, a QA specialist, worked extra-hard attempting to sort things out with the original company. He also requested and got approval for me to get better health insurance during the Special Enrollment Period. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!

FAKE FAKE FAKE!
They said it would cover everything and the guy named Nicholas Nascimento was pushing me to give him my credit card number. When I received the coverage it was NOTHING! It wouldn't cover nothing as he and the manager told me. I cancelled the service immediately and they KEEP CHARGING my account every month. I have to dispute with the bank EVERY MONTH! RUN! It is totally fake, including the good reviews! DON'T TRUST!

Switched insurance because this one sounded good, somewhat better rates (but not dramatically better). Suddenly, we need various procedures, and find out the insurance covers NOTHING. ZERO. Less than 2% of two bills and $0 on the rest of 9 bills total. A lumbar puncture and an MRI, which are standard-of-care for my condition, were paid at $0. Doctor visits $0. Also, to our surprise, they don't cover visits to our local hospital, so we have to go an hour west to the nearest hospital where lumbar puncture can be done and be covered! What happens if there's an emergency? Unbelievable. It's as if I'm the insurance company, and they're the customer! What are we paying for? This is fraud if there is any such thing. We are filing a complaint with the company tomorrow, and if we don't get acceptable and timely resolution, we will file a complaint with our state's Dept. of Insurance. I suggest everyone with a negative experience with GetMeCare do the same. Maybe then, they'll listen to us. Avoid these scammers. If you already have GetMeCare, try not to get sick!

Scam

This company lied and scammed me to sign me up for health insurance in October 2019. I was under the understanding I was speaking with the government health care agency, I was not. I was told I had to give my credit card information and pay for my government health care policy that day, that is and was a lie. This company took my credit card information and gave it to another company who has been charging me 70 dollars a month, over 400 dollars that I was mislead and lied to about.

I cancelled my coverage in December 2019 with the Government health care but have continued to be charged from this company I knew nothing of.

When I asked to speak to William Cox, a Steve got on the phone. He told me "Billy" was not who I needed to speak to, he then started off my telling me to "calm down", I was calm and had not done anything to remotely suggest I was anything but. He kept suggesting I was talking over him, however I was quiet on my end? He spoke down to me and spoke to me in an unprofessional and rude manner.

This man refused to repeat his last name when I didn't hear him, said is was "crap". He told me it was not "his" companies problem I did not understand. He is a narcissists, who clearly has problems with women and it shines through when I was trying to speak to him, he kept cutting me off.

This company scams innocent people out of money when they clearly don't have any. When a reasonable person attempts to have a civilized conversation with a customer service manager they are treated with utter disrespect.

This "supervisor" should never be allowed to speak to anyone as he did me.

They stole 480.00 dollars from my family and have zero regrets about it.

I've spent hours looking for the right health insurance for my wife and I, and soon as we got in contact with Antonio, the search was finally over. Antonio was extremely helpful and provided me all the information I needed to narrow down which health insurance was best for us. Speaking to him was hassle-free and much better than trying to figure it out alone online- only wish I went with this route earlier. Thank you very much!

I can see how people get taken advantage of with shopping for healthcare especially senior citizens. I went through getcoveredillinois.gov. As a start in my journey. I started getting all these calls from companies selling insurance. I didn't know who to choose from. It got to a point where one of the condescending agents from getmehealthcare.com just to get a sale began to yell at me. It started of like a regular call asking the basic questions of any existing conditions. I even gave Antonio my credit card number but after I started having seconds thoughts before I signed on the dotted line, he began raise his voice pressuring me to sign. I told him to calm down and answer more questions I had but it got worse and talking over me so I killed the deal. Definitely checking my bank account everyday. All I wanted was another day to research the plan from their suggestion Pivot Health and compare. I do not accept that sort of behavior. I hung up on him.

I really appreciated the representative Anita. She spent 45 minutes helping me pick a policy that was going to best suit me. She also took the time out to call me back to confirm everything we had discussed previously. Anita went out of her way to give me her direct line to call if any questions. The following week I used her direct number again because I was confused about my payment. She then without hesitation helped walk me through it. I hope she knows what a great experience she made this process.

" The Wolf of Wall Street" They only care about getting monies from you not your insurance. Save your money. Avoid this house of cards. They are selling useless plans through a shame service provider who provides you no actual insurance coverage.

Connor Thompson was the representative that sold me two policies, he convinced me to switch to open enrollment when I could. I trusted Connor and was very open about my sensitive medical circumstances. He promised to take care of me, gave me the old stories about having a wife and kid blah blah. Put me on the plans and disappeared I am now sitting in numerous bills that I don't understand. Connor wont take my calls or emails.
I hope you read this Connor and understand you are messing with peoples lives here, have some decency and do the right thing.

Bold face lied to me

I gave specifics on what I needed and they assured me that's what I was getting. Went to a routine doctor's appointment and got turned away cause I'm only covered for 3 sick days. I told them I needed coverage for check ups. The lady I spoke to was horrible. I asked questions to make sure I was getting the right thing and she just acted annoyed. She was more interested in getting me signed up for the life insurance policy I didn't even ask for. Stay away from this company.
