Arla did a fantastic job assisting me and answering all of my questions, and I had many. This is the first time I have had to use ACA and Arla was patient and very kind and reassuring. I was very happy with my service.
I have spent time searching for insurance and finally decided today to bring it to a conclusion. Before I spoke with Joseph, I had spoken with another man with a different agency and he hung up on me mid- sentence. When I spoke with Mr. Liriano, he was so professional. He answered all of the questions before I asked them and he was also able to answer the questions that I did ask. We need more people like him that helps the consumer and that actually loves their job. If I could give more stars for him, I most definitely would. Extension 0923 is a keeper! Keep up the great work.
I have to say that a couple of times I've dealt with Mr Diaz on issues that I had to have some help on. And I must say that he was very patient and helpful. On top of being very polite. I would highly recommend this company for help in getting medical insurance for sure.

This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists! I was pressured by Anthony at The Market place into getting what I was told was a supplement plan. I was told because the deductible was so high this plan would cover any deductible or out of pocket expenses and be refunded as long as I sent in the receipts. I paid 260.00 extra a month for this piece of mind. The first claim I sent I was told this was NOT that kind of plan and it only covered 2 doctors visits one X-ray ect. When I called I was told that I could cancel it I wanted too by Jannell at Get me Care but nothing else she could do. So basically they can lie and you just have to eat all the money you have paid them. She also tried to say the person who sold their products to me had nothing to do with Get me Care? They are ALL a bunch of crooks! Do not buy ANYTHING from them unless you like giving your money away!
Arla Thyng helped my wife and I with her patience and wonderful attitude. Arla answered all our questions and problems. She got Bluecross Blueshield on three way call so there wouldn't be any doubt. Thank you Arla and the Market Place. Marvin and Cindy Watkins

I spoke with Joell and he was absolutely awesome with his explanation of my concerns about the policy, because I was actually going to cancel, but he was able to put my mind at ease.
This company is calling and claiming they are a different company when they are NOT. Unethical and this is a way you can get sued. I work in sales and I know what this is. They are trying to nickel and dime anyone who is needing insurance. First a quote was $200 and we were told "that is the best I can do for you."
2-3 more calls over the next couple of days we got another quote for $90. Unprofessional and rude on the phone. Change your tone and your business model considering your are preying on people that are vulnerable.

I am currently evaluating different health insurance options and I recently spent 45 minutes with Shane Brodil over the telephone at this company asking questions. Shane was very helpful and gave me some great tips on the various health nsurance plans on the market today. He clarified some things that I was trying to figure out (best plan for me and my wife). I would recommend Shane as a great source of health insurance information.
They promised to refund me and never did it's been 2 plus months and I spoke to the supervisor who promised me to refund my money and never did
I had a great talk with one of the agents and all appeared to be a good plan with $0 for doctors visits. I was transferred to a few different people in the final process. I asked three different people the copay for a specialist and no one could give me an answer. I was told to call the state on Monday but not told why. The representative I spoke with at the state said there was no information in the system and the plan that was explained to me did not exist and the closest plan to what I mentioned had a $7,000 deductible which had to be met before certain benefits and the co-pay for a specialist was $100. When I called getmehealthcare back for clarification I was told the person I spoke with at the State just undid everything and should not have given her personal opinion. I called again to speak with the agent that set me up with the plan for clarification. Instead of explaining anything or asking my concerns he starting yelling at me saying everything I was saying was a lie. I could not get a word in edgewise as he kept talking over me and yelling that I was lying and his license was on the line he was going to play the recorded call; this went on for several minutes before I just gave up and hung up the phone. If this is how they treat their clients I will never call them again. I cancelled what ever it was they signed me up for because no one could give me a straight answer.
I originally left my job in February and needed to get insurance. I looked for affordable options as I would have no income. I came across this company and thought I was in good hands and that they would help me get the insurance I needed. Long story short is not only was I paying for my insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield myself as well as dental through another company and life insurance through fidelity, I was also still paying them $160+ a month for getmecare. What the hell. If I am paying all of the insurances myself, why are they taking $160+ each month from my checking... answer it's a membership fee. As someone who has no income and is basically using some 401K to cover health insurance until I go back into the workforce this is not an added cost that I can handle. I will be taking care of my insurance myself from now on now that everything is set up. That monthly fee is ridiculous as I don't need this service. I have allowed it to auto-terminate, so they can no longer take my money.
This company sold me "insurance" that was NOT insurance. I found out right away and canceled. They told me I would get 100% refunded but that it would take several days to show. This was a lie. They knew they did not cancel the life insurance that "came with the package". So in reality it's a separate charge and it then continued to charge my card. Then they were rude to me when I called again, even making fun of me while one agent passed me to another. So they scammed me, then belittled me afterward. Please do not do business with this company.
