Excellent customer service. Cameras took a while to arrive but I was informed before ordering. I have ordered from Lumina before so I have two cameras in total. Both are working fine. Sometimes I get frustrated with the software but they are addressing the issues through updates so it is getting better and better.

I ordered a second camera from Lumina because of the 4k resolution and AI features. Might find the same resolution somewhere else at a cheap price but it is almost impossible to find the same features. When ordering from these guys, I know I'm in good hands.
Considering other options on the market Lumina isn't a bad choice at all. Good quality hardware and excellent AI features. I had a few issues with the product initially and was quite frustrated when the company CTO himself spoke to me and resolved them. You don't get that kind of support elsewhere. I think I am gonna stick with Lumina and give them whatever time they need. Thanks.
My 4k Lumina camera works fine. I really appreciate the customer service for their responsiveness and the founders of this project for their vision. Software isn't perfect but the direction is great and they are getting there with constant updates.
