Nice and well-functioning hardware but I find it rather annoying that software lags in some aspects. Would be great if the promised update is released asap. Overall, a great product for the price.

Lumina is the only company I know to have developed intelligent AI based PC mounted web camera that takes background distractions and noise into account. Excellent!

Our experience with these guys has been good. They helped us a lot to complete our installation and on a live call adjusted the settings to best suit our specific needs. The camera is great, software not so great though but hopefully the upcoming update will rectify everything.

Went through customer reviews after I made up my mind to purchase this product. Some people have spent days writing negative stuff about it and that made me suspicious about the veracity of those reviews because I understand how difficult it is to launch a new product against established competition. Guys, I did only two things. First I watched the demo on their website to check if the video quality was good enough and I really liked it. Then I purchased the product and compared the quality I was getting with the demo and to my amazement the quality of the actual product was even better. I am so happy I purchased Lumina and I'll buy it again without hesitation.

The camera worked as promised and was reasonably priced as well. We had to call tech support many times because of some issues with the software and the support staff was very patient and helpful.

Great initial support and frequent updates throughout the shipping delays. Camera is working great so far and software updates are very helpful. Haven't needed any additional support yet but I am confident if I do, the team will be there to help me out.
