Can't review because they won't or can't send my order. I finally cancelled. I now use DAP products.

I replaced the expansion tank on the water heater in my home and also replaced the steel pipes. One. Connection required an elbow that refused to seal using teflon tape. I didn't want to have to remove the entire pipe connection as the leak was a simple drip of about one drip every. Five seconds. I decided to give Flex Seal a try. I turned off the water pressure, dried the pipe, applied a layer of Flex Seal, waited two hours for it to dry and turned on the water pressure. Flex Seal failed. No improvement at all. I repeated the process two more times and got the same failed results. I was deeply disappointed. I ended up having to remove the entire pipe, replaced the leaky elbow, and it sealed up on its own with no Flex Seal. I contacted Flex Seal support for advice and they responded by saying, "Return it to the store for a refund." No apology, discount, credit, exchange, nothing! I will never buy this expensive and overrated product again.

I used flex seal sealant it worked good. I had some left in the can put it in basement where it is cool with my other paint it's been sitting there for almost 8 month I went in the basement and noticed a boat sawed in half fixed with flex seal
I used flex seal sealant it worked pretty good. I had some left in the can put it in basement where it is cool with my other paint it's been sitting there for almost 8 month I went in the basement and noticed the can exploded and now I have paint on my ceiling floor and all over the other paint cans and buckets not sure why this happened but was glad no one was around when it happened can anyone explain why it did this in my cool basement.
I purchased a 1 lb jar of Flex Paste to help cover some small areas in my pool and also to try it on some areas of my pool tile where the grout was breaking away. The product appeared to work at first but the biggest issue I had was how they told you to seal the jar back up when done. All instructions were followed very religiously and I made a great effort to make sure the foil barrier was tightly in place. Then 3 days later I went to use it again and the top area of the paste had started to get hard. I had to remove the top layer to get some soft product to use. Again I went through the instructions to tightly seal up the jar. Then 4 days later I noticed that the area where I covered under water in the pool started to turn into a powder and rubbed off. When I went to the jar to try to re-apply the paste to that area, all of the product had hardened. Over 80% of the product was wasted. A total rip off of my money. They make the ads on TV look so great, but the paste product does have it's issues that they say on TV that is works for. I went to a 2 part putty that is easy to use and each part stays good in their own container. No issues since I went to using the 2 part putty product, even under water. DS from Florida - 6/2020
I have tried multiple flex seal products including the spray and the tube applications. I tried it in multiple locations including gutters, pool, etc. Leaks everytime! Total waste of money and time.
I tried fixing a hole in my swimming pool and it didn't work! We used the spray and the tape and the pool kit repair. And water still leaked.
I have an above ground pool with a few leaks- tried the spray- didn't work- bought the 5" wide tape- didn't work- tried the 12" tape- didn't work- tried the Flex Paste- didn't work- and my pool only has a few inches of water in it- I would be worried what would happen when I fill it all the way up.
Don't waste your money on ANY of these products- a total waste of time and money.
All the items I've tried are no better than stuff costing less than half as much. Tried the paste recently $13 for a lot less coverage than a tube of silicone caulk and I had to order it online. The tape is pure crap, the spray worked fairly well but was expensive. All of them are a complete waste of time and money!
This company shouldn't be able to advertise this stuff! Flex seal tape is pure garbage! Do Not Waste Your Money! Does not work! Tried it twice and doesn't work
Who do we contact to get a refund from this junky online service? I want to simply cancell my order its been a month and still no shipping. Im contacting the BBB as well. What a sorry run business. Ill also call my bank.
Have not had the chance to make review. I ordered the Flex Seal paste on May 11,2020. Still no delivery. They have withdrew the money from my bank account. I talked to someone two weeks ago. They said it is on it's way. Apparently it comes from a town 40 mile's away from me. How hard can that be. They are dishonest, I would think twice about ordering online. Sounds like they have poor management.
I bought this product to fix a water leak on a PVC pipe. Not only did it not stop the leak but I am now struggling with trying to get the flex seal off so I can properly fix the leak. No one to blame but me for my current situation I was trying to take the easy way out. This product did not work for me if you buy it I hope you have better luck. Doesn't seem to work on PVC.
The product doesn't work, but aggressive advertisment apparently works. I simply don't understand why can't they make a product that does work.
I tried 4 times to check the status of my order by return email as instructed on Flex Seal order confirmation. Never received any replies. Finally called company on June 8 and was told order would be shipped after it was processed. I ordered on May 26 and Flex Seal charged my card on May 29 but still hadn't processed the order as of June 8. They could not tell me when the order would be processed or shipped. I cancelled the order. This is the worst online buying experience I have ever had. I talked to "Daisy" when I called. She was completely unhelpful and argumentative.
Horrible company to deal with. Ordered on May 19th. Still waiting on June 8th for my order. Numerous E-mails sent to company. Not one response back.
I ordered 2 kinds flex seal product. After week i don't got any of message from them when i will get it so i called them. Wait around 15 min one person answer i will get next week. After week stuff didn't come so i called them again and they said shipping dept have problem bla bla... this company cannot trust. I guess bum's company like crook. I canceled my order and take a look they will refund my money or not. It not just 1 star. If possible i will give them - 5 stars.
This product is not as depicted. Ad is very misleading once it sets up it is not much more durable than kitchen caulk. Would never recommend caulk is a fraction of the price.
On May 15,2020 I ordered a tub of Flex Seal Paste the company billed me immediately and they don't ship it and the site said shipped. To them when they get an order they print a shipping label and say it's shipped. THAT IS NOT TRUE they say 4-7 days for shipping must be on a slow boat from China now May 27,2020 and no product. Don't order with their timeline if you need it with 2 weeks.
I ordered a large tub of Flex paste on April 24th 2020. They charged my credit card on May 12th. I called them and they told me the charge was initiated because the product was shipping. On the 27th of May I still hadn't received the product. I called them and they told me the product was still in their warehouse. I called and cancelled my order after waiting well over a month for a product that is supposedly made here in the USA. Very disappointed. Will no longer by ANY FLEX SEAL PRODUCTS.
Answer: I would highly recommend NOT using anywhere around moisture. I experienced mildew growing on product.
Answer: No. Recommend you use eternabond sealant and then eternabond tape and skip this garbage.
