Do not waste your money or time with this product! It does not work above water level and specially not below. That is a guarantee you can take to the bank. Maybe, only maybe if you were to drink a couple of gallons of it. It might seal your rectum. But I seriously doubt it. This is the worst product on the market. DO NOT BUY!
After politely explaining the urgent nature of my repair, Stephen from "customer service" replied that my order would be processed in the order received. No Apology for quoting a time they couldn't fulfil. Yeah, the 'Rona, we all know---but what I see is that they care more about getting that order than the customer or being honest, so they intentionally deliver normal shipping quotes on the website. I don't code, but I know it's pretty simple to adjust something like that.
As usual, if you see a slick widget-slinger on a TV commercial, plan on the snakeskin underbelly, in this case made of clear, white, or black rubber.
I ordered 2 6lb. Containers of Flex Seal Paste from the Flex Seal Website because I could on get 1 lb. containers locally. I had work crews scheduled to perform work but the Flex Seal application I intended to do prior to the work starting had to be delayed and finally I lost my spot in the crews schedule because the product had not even been shipped. I contacted Flex Seal Customer service after waiting several weeks of the paste and was told that the shipping label had been printed but the product was not shipped yet. Shortly thereafter I received an email from Fed Ex with my order tracking number. When I went into Fed Ex to see where the shipment was, Fed Ex indicated that Flex Seal had not shipped the material yet and that I was to contact them. So I did, this was after almost three weeks after initial order placement, Customer Service then told me again that the label had been printed for the shipment but the order had not been shipped. I cancelled the order and will never buy another Flex Seal product. They are a racket and should not be in business. I have ordered different material from another manufacturer, from whom I should have ordered in the first place.
The flex tape is nothing but a scam and a rip off. Very little tape for t+e price. They are paying for huge advertising to draw the co; sumer, then, cheat them. But, then, again, every business in our country is out to scam every citizen.
What a lie. Big bucks for TV ads for products that DONT WORK. I tried to patch a leak under water in a pool. The product failed the moment I applied it. Save your money. What a bunch of total CRAP
A couple of months ago my daughter and I used flex shield spray to try and fix 2 very minor leaks iin the pvc the close to the pump., one was the exit ppie the other the suction side. We had the pomp turned off and after spraying this junk on the leaks we left the pump off to 30 hours, BTW: we did drive the area before applying the spray After 30 hours we turned the pump back and only to find the flex seal did nothing, so we went thru the entire process again, still no change, still had 2 very minor leaks. Ended up replacing the pvc pipe. Will never buy any type of Flex products again, government should do something about this company and their false advertising. I feel the stuff is junk. I am now going to check to see if consumer report has ever tested any of this companies products. I would rate product 0, if that was possible.
Used this product to seal edges of gutters along roof edge that had a minor leak. After 3 cans and applications the area was still leaking. I then used a tube of good Silicone seal that cost $6.00. No more leak! Flexseal it total BS!
Ordered Flex Paste from the company two different times, both times it arrived promptly. It worked great to seal some gaps in my asphalt driveway. It is a little hard to trowel, especially when it's cold. But is cures to a rubbery firmness and can shrink and expand in the cracks. Good stuff.
I live on the Jersey shore and have an elevator. When it rains, the elevator pit fills up and there is an automatic switch that send the elevator to the 3rd. Floor. We can not use the elevator until we pump out the pit.
I used Flex Seal and Flex Spray on the pit walls and the floor. We had a very heavy rain (12-15 hrs.), this past week. The pit was BONE DRY... You have a GREAT product.
PS. I bought your product from Amazon and do not have a proof of purchase. Frank J Provenzano- *******@aol.com
Hey people I bought the 3 lb. can and am totally satisfied! Easy to apply, easy to clean up myself and my tools. Sealed around my stove pipes which were previously leaking and it worked, it did what was described. Now we will test it over time and see if we get a leak in the future. So far your product gets ten stars!

I purchased flex seal product for $100.00 and did what I was told by three different representatives from the Flex Seal Company and repeatedLy applied product to surface and the product did not work AT ALL. I emailed company three different times, sent pictures, told them how dissatisfied I was with their product. They said they would get back and they never did over a period of a month. I would not purchase a product from this company with such Horrible business ethics.
Read the instructions, "apply several even coats until ALL cracks and holes have been filled, Allow 24-48 hours today,,, 48 hours to fully cure. Sprayed on Tuesday Thursday it was completely wet! Rude employee told me, The More you apply the longer it takes, hopeful to return for a refund, container I sprayed the inside of is not going to be used, possibly going to have to throw away. Sounded good but,,,,,, not yet
I had 3 small areas in my basement where water would trickle in during a heavy rain. I decided to coat most of my basement 3 blocks up with Flex Seal. I purchased 13 gallons of flex seal at a cost of $89 per gallon and had it professionally applied by a licensed contractor. Final cost was $3000. 00. It did nothing. I have watched the water trickle in through the Flex Seal. This product does not work on cement block. Do NOT waste your money and time.
Ordered from official website. Took weeks to arrive. When initially opened it was like a rock except in the very middle. Followed directions to the letter on the can even though I had very little to work with. Sealed exactly as stated. 2nd time of use it was 85% rock hard. It had to go into the garbage because I couldn't even get enough out to use. Find an alternative on Amazon
I used it on a water line let it set for 48 hours its like I never used anything all it did was make a huge mess

Bought a squeeze tube of flex seal and literally had to put it on the ground and step on it to get anything out. No way you gould spread it had to pick up a ball with my fingers and try to fill a crack. The rest is in the garbage--$12 + dollars wasted
Was so hoping it would work for us, but it is a grabage product. They did not honor their guarantee, becuae they I bought it at Lowes at not fron the infomercial.
This crap does not work. Used it on my shop to prevent water leakage and guess what? It's still leaking.
Answer: I would highly recommend NOT using anywhere around moisture. I experienced mildew growing on product.
Answer: No. Recommend you use eternabond sealant and then eternabond tape and skip this garbage.
