THANK YOU-had a little hiccup in the beginning with a fraud alert which delayed it by one day but once we got that settled, i got my part. Just could not seem to get regular updates on shipping status. Phone customer service was really helpful and cheerful always.

As I said, if this part doesn't get here before Thanksgiving, my wife will likely feed me to the Giant Squid! All I sakd is, please make sure the thing looks ok before you send it out. If there are any instructions on it's installation, please either include them or tell me where I can find them. There probably won't be time for me to get a service guy out here.

Well designed web-site; very user-friendly but needs more product photo's for accurate ordering. Shipping & handling charges were fair and the products were well packed, arriving in good condition.

I have only just now placed my order. It was easy & quick to place the order. I am now reporting again that I have received the product. It was just as advertised and fit well into my dishwasher. Now I have replaced that old rusty upper rack with a nice new one! Thanks!
