Product price and shipping was cheaper than any of the other sites i looked at and shipping was quick. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.
I needed a new part for my washer. I ordered the part I needed. They sent me an e-mail stating the price is actually $80 more than the price I paid. I have never had the experience of ordering an item online, paying for the item, and then they reply that the price is actually more. They should honor the price that is on their website. Sears Parts.com was only a few dollars more. So, the website published price should be accurate. This delayed me a day in ordering the part from another company. This is completely unscrupulous, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Experience was great. Product received was what was displayed, cost was reasonable, and delivery was on time. I will purchase from them again.
