The ordered product came in slower than expect. Did not receive product per UPS tracking; but got it after notified both UPS and Dappz.com. Dappz.com contact was not easy, especially trying to contact by phone. Overall experience is OK. Thanks.

I had placed two seperate orders, one being for next day delivery with a charge of $5.00 additional. I however didn't receive it the next day...it was days later. Would like a refund.
