Great price. It was the exact part I needed. Only disappointment was when I ordered, the site said it would be delivered on Thursday. When my payment was confirmed, the site reported it would arrive on Monday. Those 4 days created a real mess for me.
I have yet to install the motor, but hopefully, all will be good.

Dappz shipped the wrong part. I was suppose to get a power cord for an air conditioner, I received an air volume control for a vacuum cleaner. The problem was they had two labels on the vacuum cleaner part. They wanted a picture of item with label and I didn't realize the two different labels. The picture I sent was showing the label for power cord not the Electrolux part number. After several attempts at trying to explain that I had the wrong part, I took a closer look and realized the labels were two different ones and I had sent a picture of the wrong one. My issue is the part they sent weighed less than an ounce and showed on the delivery sheet. The part I ordered was delivered at 1.8 lbs. This should have been an obvious no brainer to anyone. I was very upset that they could not understand this. I take part of the blame for sending the picture with the wrong label showing, but I didn't label the part! I'm not sure that I will ever order again from this company. I finally had a lady called me on the phone and we got everything straight. If I could have had that phone call in the beginning it would never had escalated the way it did. I did ask for a phone number to call, but was denied access. She called me.

The lens covers fit the application perfectly. They were well packaged and therefore suffered no damage in transit. The price for the item was competitive but the shipping seemed excessive for the weight of the package compared to other sites. Since DAPPZ was the only site with the items I needed in stock, I was willing to pay the extra shipping costs. Otherwise, the ordering and follow-up experience was excellent.

The glass arrived with 3 pieces of thick foil with adhesive but no directions as to what to do with those pieces. I called customer service and talked to 3 staff and none could tell me what the pieces were for. Then they last person gave me the manufacturer phone number. My suggestion is 1)put instructions in the package when you mail it and 2) give your staff the information they need to answer customer questions.
Very easy and reassures me when I see that you are a Google trusted site.
