The services were great but the product had a hole in it that had attempted to be repaired. I contacted customer service and was promply taken care of. I sent photo's of the damaged gas grill burner and Mario or Mariam can't remember the exact name took excellent care of me and new product will be shipped today.

So far so good. But, this is my first order so I don't have enough data yet to know how likely I will recommend this site, or buy from this site again.
Update (9/3/2015) I received the shipment in 3 business days, which is pretty good. I installed it, and it worked. It has been working without any issue for a month. I am pretty happy with the order. Nevertheless, as a responsible reviewer, I should point out a couple areas for the benefit of other customers:
1. The shipment doesn't come with any instructions at all. I am pretty handy, so I figured it out by myself. If you are not sure about your skill, you should go to Internet and find the installation guide before you place the order.
2. The product I received is not made by GE, the manufacturer of my refrigerator. Rather, it's made by a third party. They are not totally identical. But, again, I have no problem completing the installation.
Found the exact part I needed swiftly and checkout a breeze. Look forward to receiving my new ice maker.

More product dimensions would be helpful. The product had a small plastic fin on the shaft that had to be cut off to make it fit, since it is a replacement part and not an original installation and couldn't dismantle the machine. This didn't show up in photos or description. It would have been helpful.
