The icemaker was the exact replica of the old one but it is still not making ice. Trying to figure out if something else is broken.

The part descriptions are pretty sketchy, so I hope I ordered the right thing. It's not clear what color it is. I need white, and have to assume the suffix "R" means white.

My original order was cancelled. Now the price has increased, but the part is needed. I did not receive cancellation notices by e-mail until I made an inquiry today.
