You were the only place that had an older part that I needed. The part was a discontinued part that was a replacement for another discontinued part made by GE. I needed it to finish the installation of my "new" range which evidently had been in storage much longer than I realized. Thank you for keeping stocked items and keeping a good inventory system to verify the product was physically in your Illionois warehouse.
I have already recommended you to several contractors and applicance repair pair, and friends for finding hard to get items. Delivery was prompt and online chat support was able to confirm that the part was physically in stock.

Easy to order, quick delivery, correct part.
Awesome. Can't wait to get product. Received the product as per time specified, however, the product was placed in a box with no packing. Thankfully it was not damaged or cracked. With that type of product, one would think it should have bubble wrap or protection around it and not be flopping around in a big box, especially since one knows how it is handled once received by shipping company. Otherwise, awesome price for the product and exactly what we needed.

Speedy delivery
It was more difficult to find parts on your site. I looked up part #'s on a competitors site and ordered here because it was cheaper.
I needed to also replace the drum bearings. It was not clear on your site that I needed to buy these separately. Found them cheaper elsewhere and had to pay shipping too.
I found the same part for a few dollars less on another site but my credit card did not work for them. Part was a couple days later than expected but it was what I needed at a good price.

I would have rated higher, and probably should have rated lower based on inital experience, due to the fact that the search function on your site was totally non-productive. The only way I could find the product on your site was from a link from a search on Yahoo. If I went directly to your site and searched, I got nothing (repeatedly). You can't sell parts that people can't find!

I was very happy to find the part I needed at a cheaper rate then most other sites. The site was easy to use and the part was at my address in 3 days. The only negative was that the part did not come with screws. Otherwise, overall a positive experience.
So far it seems good but I didn't see any indication of encryption when I entered my credit card number. I'd like more info on your security against identity theft. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THIS REQUEST.
The part I received was wrong and I asked customer service to call. They did call and were supposed to get back to me with the correct part number. They sent me an authorization to return the part but no indication of the correct part number or availability. I am back to square 1 and will need to seek assistance at a company that is more customer oriented and not profit only FOR THEMSELVES. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT YOUR SITE AGAIN AND I WON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE SUCKED.

I was extremely pleased that the Dappz website showed not only the part number and text description of the appliance pull I wanted, but also an image of it so I could confirm what I would be receiving. (Earlier, I had ordered it from another supplier who claimed to have the part, but in fact did not.) Delivery was fast and the part was exactly what I was expecting, in good condition.
