I wanted to talk to a customer service person, and there is no contact number. Chat takes too long on line! Only email or chat on line is available, and when you are in a hurry, that does not work, or if you don't have computer experience like my husband, then I have to handle everything... this part was disappointing. Timing of packaging/shipping good. Packed fine, seems like good quality. Again the most disappointing thing is not being able to talk to a real person on the phone.
Ordering had good prices...we'll see what is delivered. The item came extremely quickly and was exactly what we needed. The price was much better than ordering directly from Bosch. We will definitely use this company again for appliance parts. Thank you!
