Got product quickly. Very satisfied.

Shipping took forever, but I think that blame falls on UPS.

Part was exactly as expected and arrived early.

I am not sure how these guys do it, but they always seem to have the best price and low shipping cost. I also appreciate their hasslefree returns procedure

Door bin wasn't listed as such.I had to find the item in Sears parts, then enter the # from that site.

Expected a complete unit, and the replacement didn't have the wiring harness, the arm, nor the cover.
Wasn't aware they were separate components.
No biggie - simply removed and replaced from original unit.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item. My rating is subject to response from customer support which I contacted (no response yet) to return the item.
