Once the item actually shipped, it was received quickly but I was disappointed the amount of time from order submission to shipping. It was 3 business days.
I am not sure if you received the OEM parts closed box but I felt the part could have used protection/padding within the box. The part appears to be ok but one side had a small tear where pressure forced the part to puncture the side of the box.
