Happy with the the price, what I was not happy with was when I looking to purchase the product I paid for Fedex 1 Day shipping so was expecting my motor the next day. I finally got the email with the tracking number 3 days after I purchased. I got onto the business chat line to see why on the site it showed 1 Day shipping and I paid for 1 Day shipping and I wasn't going to have the product in my hands for 5 more days. They said that it had to do with which location had the product. Then it shouldn't have shown 1 day delivery, and given the impression that I would be getting the product in 1 day when in actuality would be getting it 5 days later.

My husband removed the damaged ignitor and replaced it with the one we purchased from you. After one cycle, the dryer was staying cold again. The ignigtor we purchased from you "cracked" (ceramic thin filament)after one use. I now have a repair man here putting on one that is not like the one we got from you. So $30 and an hour of time wasted! So No, I will not recommend your company
