Straight forward & easy to navigate; my only problem with this website was trying to figure out if the shelf support was the right one for my refrigerator ( it wasn't) when all that was shown was a cardboard box! No dimensions, no illustrations, and therefore no cigar. The price does not justify the expense of returning this item.There are several parts that are shown that way (only a cardboard box), so it's tricky & hit 'n' miss.Good prices & fast & reasonable shipping rates. Recommended!
I won't buy from a company again who I can't pick up the phone and call someone about my order. I had a major problem when I was sent the wrong part even though the part number was correct. You had part numbering problem.
