I originally ordered a Griddle for my Jenn-Air Range, but received
Another part, which when I Googled the Part Number, stated it was
For a Bosch Dishwasher.
I Contacted DAPPZ, and told them, and they asked me to open the package
To see what was in it, but I did not have to open it, as the Part Number was
On the side of the package, besides, I knew it was not what I ordered, because
It was smaller than a Griddle!
A New One was ordered, which I received today July 7,2016, the original order
Was June 26,2016.
I asked several times how to return the item sent to me in error, and finally,
Was told they would "Snail Mail" me a Label! I am 78 Years Old, fortunately
I am not uninformed, as a lot of 78 year olds might me, and would have
No clue what Snail Mail is, but I do, and I asked if they would just e mail
Me a Label, I would be happy to take it to a UPS Office, and get it back to them.
But they said their warehouse would just "Snail Mail" me a Label, they were not
Sure if the Warehouse would e mail it.
It appears one hand does not know what the other is doing at DPAZZ, thus
I won't bother ordering through them again, I order on-line all the time due to
My handicap, and hate going out to do things, but this place takes the cake!
