Quick and easy--seached Google by part number and got a great price! Delivery was fast--I ordered it over a 3-day weekend, it got shipped out the first business day after the weekend and I received it two days after that.

Sent the wrong oven door glass. This size will not work with my oven.

It was great.

Good shopping experience. Part arrived in a timely manner. Part works without issue, though is a little louder than the original motor. New motor does appear to be more powerful however.

I got the wrong part, but they quickly sent the correct one.

So far it was easy to find the product I needed and the price was much better than other stores. It remains to be seen if the product arrives in good order and works well.
Here are my comments a few days later... I received the order three days after I placed it. The ice maker was undamaged, however, there were no installation instructions (a quick check on YouTube did the job).
We now have plenty of ice!

Thanks for having my part! I'm sure I'd have paid almost as much as a new machine to have someone come out and do the work but between your site and YouTube I was able to make the repair in about 20 minutes.
