A great, smooth transaction. A good price, and fast shipping. Sears had it at a lower price, but shipping would have taken a lot longer.

I put my order in on Wednesday and paid an extra $9 to have it delivered by the end of the week and when they finally got around to processing my order (on Friday) they told me it might be there on Monday at the earliest... and when I when to "customer service" they basically told me tough $#*!, deal with it. I will never order anything from these #^@#$* again and neither should you.
