Ordering was super easy, just waiting to see on shipping experience. Product was a day late being shipped because I listed a PO Box as address and customer service had to contact me for a physical address. I went back to website and found under shipping info that physical address was required, but that was only if I looked. Other websites have the order site fixed to where if you add a Box #, it automatically comes up and notifies you. That is the only thing I would change. Otherwise, my experience was very good

I have an idea that would give a shopper more confidence. I don't see on the checkout page any kind of return policy. I think that part that I ordered will fix my machine but if it doesn't, I would like to return it. On a different site, it said that I had a year to do so. I am taking a chance here because you are a Google trusted store. Also, I did not see an option for faster shipping. I was ordering a part for my clothes washer and it was out of service for a week before the part arrived.
