I would rate this company a OOO one of the worse company's i have ever ordered from, Ordered a part for my dryer, fell apart with in two weeks, they never replaced it! Nor did they get back to me, I sent 10 pictures and wrote them daily and still nothing. Went to another company replaced the part for a fraction of the price. I'm hoping this company goes out of business. I'm reporting this to Facebook, BBB, and rip off.

For some reason my lot number (Q102) that was clearing provided with the purchase was not included on the box for FedEx, thus causing a delay in delivery. Thankfully they turned it into the front office and i was able to pick it up the next day.
