Overall, the dishrack is fine. It's a half inch bigger than my original one so not sure it's a whirlpool product; I have to push the door a little to get it closed but it seems to be getting easier each time. Not happy with the price but I know they are expensive everywhere. I want the lower dishrack but i'm reluctant to spend that much money on a non-whirlpool item and not the same size as the original. However, overall, I was pleased.

Been trying for last 30 minutes to order the same item. Tried paying thru Paypal, another credit card, and during last step the shopping cart was empty everytime. Very annoying

I previously wrote a review where I had to complain three time before they assured me that the problem would be solved. When I still had not received my product I wrote a nasty review. I have to stand corrected because today I did receive the order so I am upgrading my review accordingly. I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star.

I was surprised how long it took to get my part. It was easy to order part and I was able to install the part that night when it arrived but it was a long week and half with out a dryer.
