Product arrived broken,had to be returned.
I purchased a new handle for our dishwasher. It came and was the wrong size. Called them to either return it or get another size. I was told, sorry we don't return items under $30. What? When did I sign that? When I asked they said, it's in the return policy. Which I guess I should have read it more throughly. Many webistes have this policy, but do have some notification(usually in red) when you are checking out, that this is final sale.
As a business owner, I always disclose all before someone purchases.

Addition 5/15 I was / am very pleased with all aspects of my interaction with your company. One improvement would be to include installation instructions with the product(s). Product descriptions need OEM part number. For example the element I ordered has either male or female terminals which carry a different part #. I am hoping I get the correct one (male terminals) WP*******
FedEx destroyed, absolutely decimated, bent the crap out of the element rendering it useless.
Would of reordered with you but I could not pick who shipped so you lost the follow up sale.

I need a RMA. I want to return the product as it is not what I ordered. I ordered a 5 port switch, I received a 3 and there is no power supply included. It is cheaper to buy OTC switches once you add the cost to buy a 5v D.C. Along with the cost of the switch. I want a refund and RMA
