Found what I thought was the correct item after typing in all the correct information fairly easy at a cheaper price than other sites I had searched. But once the item arrived it didn't fit! Asked to send it back for a refund and they told me I have to wait till the company they got the item from gets back with them!? But that's not what they had in the advertising. Simply states 30 day warranty in which should constitute grounds for a refund if the customer is dissatisfied with the product.

The item arrived broken, but I realize it's not the retailers fault. I emailed DAPPZ and was contacted quickly. I provided pictures of the damaged item, but it looks like the box was damaged in shipping so that's probably why the ice maker had a broken piece. I appreciate customer service response time as well as the refund to my account. I'll have to look back through my emails to see what I'm supposed to do with the damaged ice maker.

I found and ordered my part relatively easy. My shipment came a day later then advised and upon seeing my package on the front porch I realized that it was waaaaay smaller then what it should have been. Upon opening the package I noticed it was indeed not a shelf for my Frigidaire refrigerator, but instead it was a thermostat for a whirlpool refrigerator. Upon emailing the customer service and advising them of their mistake and requested a refund for only the shipping cost, I was advised that they can send me a return label for the wrong item but they wouldn't give me a discount for their mistake and then asked if I wanted the original part I ordered the first time?!? Unfortunately I will never use this company again and I'm sure you won't post this review either. However, I will be posting this review on every review site about this company and the piss poor customer service support.
