Website/service is great. Prices are fair and comparable. The Fridgidaire factory needs to make it easier for the consumer to replace parts. EX: if it's not the right part being able to return it for a refund.

I had to use a piece of folded aluminum foil under the left leg to keep the left side of the element from touching the bottom of the oven. This is not ideal
