The website works well enough, but you don't carry a complete inventory of complimenting parts. I order the damper pads for an A712 maytag washer but you don't have the glue for those parts.
The part I ordered was correct and delivery time was a few days. My first experience with this company and they delivered.
The whole process was easy to do and delivered with in the dates quoted
Poor, poor, poor return policy. It turned out I didn't need the part (I only needed to replace a 30 cent fuse). When I emailed dappz (which is the ONLY form of communication available) about returning the part, their return policy includes 1) a 25% restocking fee, 2) does not include shipping, and 3) a ridiculous requirement NOT to "deface the manufacturer shipping box!" "The use of USPS tape, duct tape, writing with sharpies, etc, will make the boxes unable to be resold and will result in denial of your return and refund. Gee, they might have to spring for another to box to sell the same item TWICE! I will never buy from this vendor again, nor will I recommend them to others.
Shelf fit perfectly and arrived on time and in one piece. I liked that the website gave the size of the shelf and not just the item number.
The buying process was quick, easy, and you have a responsive website. That being said, your shipping fees and change fees are ridiculous, and I received a damaged product. I am in the process of trying to get this matter resolved, but my inclination at this point is to not recommend using this site, nor using this vendor.
