I was extremely disappointed once I received the product because it was a returned warranty claim that I was shipped that was a defective part. How I know this is because the item was opened and the letter from the previous customer explaining the reason for the return was included. Really!

Dappz did not deliver the part I ordered claiming it was on back order with no anticipation of when it would be available so they were cancelling my order. When I ordered the part the website so 3 in stock. I price on the website was $115 - a very good price. And they indicated delivery within a couple of days, so the amount of time without a dishwasher would be limited.
After I received the email saying that the part was not available and that my credit card payment would be refunded, I resumed my search for a supplier of the part. Interestingly, DappZ came up in the search results, still showing 3 available, but now at a price of over $200. I just went to look at their site today and they show 6 in stock at a price of $194.89. So I am a bit suspicious that the Dappz had an error in their pricing and that the part was not out of stock as I was told. I did receive the refund to my credit card so at least Dappz didn't require me to file a denial of the charge.
I ended up ordering the part from Sears Parts at a cost of $159. However, the attempt to order from Dappz cost us a couple extra days with a dishwasher and a couple extra $$$.

Your return policy is horrible. 25% restocking fee when the box wasn't opened? Why is the restocking fee tied to the price of the item anyway? I will NEVER buy from you again, and you can be sure that I'll tell my friends not to either.
Thought for sure this item would have solved my ice maker issues but it didn't. I needed this particular part anyway so looks like I'm back at square one.
Expensive, but exactly the right part. I was tempted to buy from a Shopify store, but there's always a chance that things from those stores ship from China.
