Service was great. Found on web site what I needed, placed order and received it in two days. The prices were good and just licked the ones that came with the freezer.
Ordering a part online can be a little bit of a scary experience, I had none of that with Dappz.com. The order was easy to place, web site very intuitive, and I will order from here again should the need arise. The price was reasonable, a couple of other sites had it for a couple of bucks cheaper, but I went with Dappz and I am glad I did. Shipping was better than reasonable, and I got my part quickly. Great job Dappz!

After researching a good place to buy this replacement bake element, I selected epartsasap because of the good price they offered and the good reviews they had. I ordered the part I needed and received a confirmation email. Later that day, I received ANOTHER email cancelling my order and saying that the part actually cost nearly double what I had paid and that I would need to reorder at the new price. I was able to find the item elsewhere for the original price so did not reorder, and was pretty taken aback at the customer service I received. If you have a price listed on your website and you allow people to order the item at the listed price, you should honor it! Not cancel and tell them to reorder at a new price. I felt like they should have apologized for their mistake, fixed the website, and shipped me the item I had ordered at the price I had ordered at. Not impressed and would not use again.
