Stay Away from this company unless you are 100% sure the component is 100% match.

I ordered a couple light bulbs from them $75 each and they didn't work because they're incompatible to my model.

I tried both bulbs onto my vent hood and didnt work. I attempted a return and they said that

A. The bulb was incompatible to begin with
B. Since I have tried both of them, I can't return it since they don't sell used item.

Their reply: Per our Returns Policy:
"We are not responsible for incorrect parts being ordered."

Stay Away from them unless you are 100% sure you have the exact match.

With your model.

We cannot file a defective claim because you ordered a part that is

I would stay away from them.

Item was as described. Used video tutorial online to assist with installation. Item working fine. Quick shipping as well

They have great price but not much option to choose delivery. They only have Fedex. I rather choose UPS next time. The Fedex delivery individual did not get out of the truck and drop the package. He sat in the truck and look at me while I was at the gate waiting for him. I had a note on the gate to toss it over, but he did not do so. I don't know why Fedex hire that moron.

The original part received was defective. A replacement was immediately sent out. Great customer service. I will definitely use GRP for future replacement part needs.

They automatically determined the part I ordered was used and would accept a return. I ordered the part from the exploded parts diagram and it was not a match.

Received my washer part in 2 days and works perfect. I searched other companies and you were very competitive in pricing. Easy to navigate website even for my technology challenged husband. Thank you so much!

I ordered three parts, and received two that were wrong. I sent photos clearly showing the error but they insisted they shipped the right parts. I had to pay $19.00 shipping to get a refund on their mistake. Never again.

Yes I received my order. Sadly the part & box was damaged on arrival. So far GRP have been good to work to get it fixed.

I have had good experiences buying from Genuine Replacement Parts in the past. The parts I received were original and arrived on schedule, which gives me confidence in their service.

They are thieves, robbing their customers, never again, they provide me with a bad p/n and then accused me of ordering the wrong part, stating they could not find the chat (their fault, not the customers) I pulled the p/n outta my $#*!.

I received a wrong part. It came in Al old ragged mislabeled box. The "warehouse" is investigating.

Your rep said this would fit when I gave him my model and serial number, but as you can see, it is much too long, like a dishwasher handle instead of a compactor handle. I have taken several pictures but can't download them because of an error message that they are too large. The box says return to GPR, 775 Tipton Industrial Dr Ste F, Lawrenceville, GA *******. I couldn't answer you quickly because of a hospital stay. This is not a rating, but a request to return the item.

This is the second time I ordered a replacement part for my refrigerator and both times it was very easy to order on the website online and delivery was super fast! First time I received it the next day and 2nd time I received within 2 days. Amazing service! Replacement parts are same as the originals. Same quality!

Company buys Google ads for part numbers that are not accurate (or even in the store) and will not accept returns of any kind if the part does not work if you open the box and attempt install. Very deceptive practice and components like this aren't like consumer electronics.

Will never use again and advise all to look elsewhere for businesses that have better policies for the customer so you aren't left with a part you cannot use and bought from deceptive marketing.

I entered the model number off my refrigerator in the search engine on this website (Genuine Replacement Parts) and I received the correct door shelf to fit my refrigerator. However, GRP wants to tell me I used a totally different model number when searching for the crisper draw (all searched for at the same time and on the same invoice...see bottom of picture for a copy of the invoice). There is no way I came up with a totally different model number of a refrigerator that I don't even have in my house. They refuse to refund me my total amount of $144.89 plus shipping, they refuse to waive the 25% restocking fee, and they will not pay the return shipping it cost through UPS (for the cheapest way possible) of $71.74. This company sending me the incorrect crisper draw has costed me $252.63 and I still don't have a correct $144.89 crisper draw. This company is a total rip off. After numerous emails back and forth over their mistake, they keep telling me it was my fault that I came up with a model number that I don't even have. I would not recommend this website to ANYONE! I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau!

My order of microwave parts arrived faster than I expected, and in mint condition. It would've arrived even sooner had FedEx made deliveries to our area on the weekends. Expect me to order from GRP for future purchases.

Ordered and received, in a timely manner, a lower bake element for my oven. Was very satisfied with price and prompt delivery as I was with previous parts ordered from Genuine Replacement Parts.
