The part it's good but a get the wrong part how a do to return.

The plug-in device at the end of the oven element was bent at a 90-degree angle and had even made a hole in the cardboard box it was shipped in. Luckily, we were able to twist it back around to the original position it belonged in, so it could still be used. Your future shipments of this item should endeavor to protect those fragile ends/plug-ins.

Shopping for, finding my item and paying for it was all fast and easy thus far. Pricing was very good compared to other sites too.

The part was very similar to the original fan.

Parts are easy to find and received my orders on time.

The ordering was very smooth, but the last page was a little confusing. I think the 2 check mark boxes re: model # and returns should be at the bottom near the "submit" button.
+The ice maker I received is unusable/defective. I will be returning it.
