The "Genuine" thermal fuse I purchased for a Kitchenaid oven (Model number of the oven matched listed part model numbers for the part) did not have the correct connectors to swap out the old one. One of the Male/Female connectors was incorrect. I was able to use the part by adding the correct connector on one end.
Customer service contacted me via email, but the part is in and the oven is working, so all is fine.
Last place I ordered from does not respond to messages... hopefully you will keep me up to date on my order progress...

On the website it showed that the part I ordered was made in the USA. Upon receiving my part it is labeled Made in Vietnam? Kinda of disappointed.

Hi There,
I got the ice maker replacement just fine - no issues at all. But I have an unrelated issue that I need to address before I replace the ice maker. Totally my fault for doing these 2 repairs out of order. The Condenser fan is also broken on my refrigerator and I need to definitely replace that before I replace the ice maker. REASON: The freezer is only cooling down to about 20F, so I need to get it colder before I try to fix the ice maker.
All of that to say this... If the condenser fan fixes the ice maker issue, will I be able to return the ice maker piece? It is still unwrapped and unopened.

The gas range igniter I received was supposed to come with wire nuts, but did not. I was able to use the old ones. Plastic wire nuts should not be reused, but these were ceramic. I don't think they wear or get deformed like plastic/metal ones.
Delivery took 9 days longer than what was indicated when part was ordered.
This was a pleasant experience. The part was the correct part and is working fine. The lead time was longer than I would have liked but this was primarily due to the shipping. The shipping cost was almost as much as the part which is why I usually use Amazon Prime but they were out of stock. Overall it was a good experience.
