Fast Shipping at a good price
The freezer gasket I ordered was not the exact duplicate of the old gasket even though the fridge model number was specified by you to be the correct gasket. The old gasket has a raised area that inserts into a groove in the freezer door. The new replacement gasket is flat and doesn't stay in place. Please send the right gasket. As of now I have to use the old gasket. The new gasket does not work.

So simple!
Went on their site to order a griddle for my new whirlpool stove... my model number matched their listings of model numbers for the appropriate griddle that goes with my stove. Paid over 40$ for this griddle... does not fit on my stove. At all... Contacted them to let them know... bottom line. They had the number given to them by whomever. It was the right number for my stove so since it doesn't fit they'd let the manufacturer know it is incorrect... But they would allow me to return it but I am responsible for the shipping to and from... at this point once I pay both shipping charges I may as well keep a useless product. What a joke... once again consumer is the one who gets screwed... they should pay for it and get their money back from those who gave them wrong info... not their customers! Ridiculous!
Parts were a bit pricy and shipping was outrageous but products were as described and I am happy to have my stove working again.

My overall experience was okay. I was a little disappointed with the delivery schedule. The website stated there was two parts in stock when I placed my order. However, when the part wasn't delivered on the expected delivery date, I contacted GRP. I attempted to call their customer service line but nobody answered the phone. I made several attempts at reaching a customer service representative to no avail. Consequently, I wrote an email. A representative responded within 30 minutes via email and explained they were looking into my issue. About an hour later, I got another email from a different individual stating the part was backordered and it would be a week late. I was not happy. The reason I chose GRP was because they had a short turn around time. It seems like the website is not being updated in real time. If parts are backordered, GRP should notify the customer immediately. GRP should also provide the tracking information so customers can track their package. Had I known the package wasn't going to arrive on time, I could have planned accordingly.

I say that I'm satisfied with the parts, but have yet to actually fit them to my fridge. I have no reason to think that I will be anything less than satisfied.
