LOWER PRICE, QUICK AND INFORMATIVE SITE.
This this the second time I have purchased your parts to repair washer/dryer and your services are superb.
The actual control panel I received for my Samsung microwave was a different part number than what I ordered and did not have the right molded posts and clips to swap a metal plate but it fit properly on the main unit and the panel works.
Item was the correct one and got it quickly.
Simple, efficient
I ordered a meat pan refrigerator drawer. They sent me a "fruit/vegetable drawer. I have requested that they send me a prepaid return ticket for the incorrect product that they sent to me. They always ask for pictures and lots of other information. BUT, THEY DO NOT RESPOND. I have chatted, called, and emailed them at least ten times over the last 6 weeks. They refuse to respond. I have asked my credit card to void the transaction. Perhaps they will respond when they credit card company contacts them.
They are not a reputable company! I have attached a picture of the drawer that I need, and the packing slip from the company.

Wish the website listed if part is new or used. I think it is new but doesn't state. (Follow-up - it is new part.)
The item arrived damaged. One of the mounting bolts was bent to the point of being unusable. I did not wish to wait any longer for a return and replacement so I was able to make it work.
