Perfect

Initial Comment 12-08-2022: Don't know if I would shop again...I don't have the product yet...
Follow-up 12-19-2022:
First order 12-08-2022: Received product from my first order in two days. Uugh. Made me get up and start working sooner than I wanted.but then with my wife naggin' (hahaha). Seriously, parts ordered were direct fit OEM parts and great delivery time. So, while I was in there, I thought I'd replace some other parts...cuz ya know, I didn't want to have to get up again, so I ordered more stuff.
Second order: 12-08-2022: Second order was made the same day as the first order. I believe I received the second order with the first order. Again, direct fit OEM parts. Very satisfied.
Third order 12-10-2022: Given these washing machine door boot spring clamps were ordered on a Saturday, they didn't go out till the following Monday, no problem. So, all the other parts are installed, perfect fits, now just waiting on these two final parts to finish it up. Expected delivery was Wednesday the 14th. Now I know what you're thinkin'...it's the 19th and I still don't have them...hahaha. I received them a day late, on Thursday. That was on FedEx, and probably because it's Christmas time and FedEx is swamped. No problem.
Overall experience: Definitely will be back to 'Genuine Replacement Parts', at least to competitive price check. Of course, I checked the world's largest retailer (name starts with an "A"), and Sears Parts Direct, alone with a host of other online sellers of OEM parts. My appliance is a Kenmore Elite washer, 796.*******.410. Parts from "A" were similarly priced, some were 2-day delivery, but I personally have concerns (strictly my opinion) about some product genuineness from that seller. Some parts from Sears Parts Direct were quite a bit more expensive and delivery times were longer.
So, parts from 'Genuine Replacement Parts'...fair price, OEM direct fit parts, washing machine is running like new, wife isn't naggin' (hahaha), and I'm sitting down again. Everyone is happy.

Excellent service!

GE washer control board went dead and the only supplier that was able to get me one was GRP. They went above and beyond when their normal warehouse was out of stock, placing the order with an alternate source, communicating with me at every step of the way. Part arrived at the originally promised time - and just in time for laundry day. Thank you GRP for the excellent service and follow through – something I believe is getting more rare the last couple years!

Broken part

I didn't open the replacement part till the remodel was done. Once I opened it to install, it was cracked. They won't help me in replacing the part

The new cooktop and burner are working great. I ordered the burner, but the installer said I needed a replacement switch. The switch I ordered was for a Left rear burner. GRP sent the correct switch when the tech gave me a proper Part Number for the Right Front Burner.
I am happy with the way GRP handled my order.
I now have a great looking cooktop and the Right Front burner works. Thank you!

Its all good...

Element arrived well packaged, checked out fine with the multi-meter.
Instillation... "under counter oven"... Well installs always suck,
Oven seems to heat and broil just fine, haven't actually baked pizza yet.
$148.00 for the element beats $1480.00 for new oven.

True character of the company

When you order a part and it comes quickly and is correct...you get good reviews. It's the "problems" that show the true character of a company's customer service. Incident #******* straight story...Disappointed in my 3-year old Maytag. Control panel shorted. Removed washer lid and how convenient...there's a QR code on the part. Scanned it and it took me straight to GRP with the part on my phone screen. Paid and shipped. I'm thinking easy and efficient on their part. Part comes, wrong color and a few additional options on the panel. Wife says didn't mind the silver on white, if it works, keep it...clothes were piling up. Installed part, everything worked...for a week. Started throwing error codes on optional cycles but all main wash cycles worked fine. Contacted GRP and "correct part" out of stock for three months. Offered a return/refund. Told them since we can still wash clothes, we will simply keep it until the correct part comes in. Part finally comes in, can't do an even exchange because this part is $285 and first part was only $185. So I had to buy this part then request return authorization and refund. Correct part worked fine. Received an e-mail...since I ordered the incorrect part, no refund. I said but I scanned the QR code and it took me straight to you with the part on the screen. Was told, never trust QR codes, my mistake, now a used part...no refund even though I just spent additional $285 on the correct part. Went back and forth several times with several people. Several messages were confusing and were not even addressing what I was asking. There may not be a right/wrong answer here. Curious; would you have trusted the QR code that you scanned with your phone? Scan the QR code that is attached and you will see exactly what I did.

Part out of square

Received part promptly, well protected to avoid possible damage. The glass shelving had 2 part, one stationary and one that slides. The glass in the sliding part was not completely in alignment. Poor quality control. Fortunately I was able to slide glass into its proper place with out incurring damage.

OVERPRICED

HOME DEPOT 60 DOLLARS CHEAPER,SAME PART, PART WELL PACKAGED BUT SCREWS TO ATTACH GAUGE FACEPLATE TO MANIFOLD THREADS TOO BIG, FIT ORIGINAL MANIFOLD THREADS ON NEW MANIFOLD SMALLER THAN ORIGINAL, SO NOW I HAVE TO FIND SMALLER SCREWS OR BUY A TAP TO MAKE THREADS BIGGER. REPLACEMENT PART SHOULD HAVE SAME THREAD SIZE

Excellent service. The drawer arrived an if I hadn't checked it would have broken in the same place as the old one. I had to superglue the top right front edge that is supposed to lock in place because it would not snap in place. As a side note it proves it was an original drawer

Quality Part at Good Price

When I first started looking for a silverware basket replacement for my dishwasher, I was disappointed that the manufacturer didn't list it. Happily, it came up right away on the GRP site. The price was reasonable and delivery was prompt.

Horrible

Horrible service! As a result of their inaccurate website description, I ordered the wrong part. While I was willing to accept some responsibility, GRP wasn't willing to accept any and absolutely refused to compromise or help in any way. Nevermind the fact that I now do not have an oven to cook Thanksgiving dinner!

Exactly what I needed

The Customer Service Department was absolutely fantastic! They verified this was the replacement part I needed down to the color. My new dishwasher got scratched up on accident and now it looks brand new again. It only took about 30 minutes to replace. Thanks to everyone at GRP! You saved the day!

No integrity-scam!

General spare parts and accessories is a scam! Owner doesn't stand behind his word and tries to extort additional shipping charges. Not a reputable business!
