Damaged product with no discount or reply about the issue... And way expensive for no support. How do I know it will even last?

Beware of bait and switch with this company. I ordered a part which they didn't send and then tried to get me to pay 80 dollars for a part that was originally 13 dollars. The part they wanted me to order was not even the same brand as my dryer. Also I see that Genuine Replacement Parts says they can't find the order when they get a bad review so I'm attaching a picture of my order and also what they tried to get me to buy. I reported them to the BBB and FTC and they refunded my money. It's a minimal amount of money but it was a waste of my time waiting for the part when I could have received it from a reputable business. Even though I received a refund I feel that people should know what they are dealing with if they buy from this company.

Twice I have ordered major appliance parts, and price as okay, parts were correct, got the part within a couple days and gave a high rating. This time the part I received was incorrect. Customer service determined I received what I ordered, which I agree, but this is because their website was incorrect. They sent a link to another part they think is correct and asked me if this was correct. I cannot determine because the picture is only one side, and the description is insufficient, and my model was not listed as this part applies to. They stated my model number is incomplete, although it's what is on the range label plate with the serial number. I put their proposed model number, and the part I need is not even listed. I emailed these issues back to C/S, and no response since. So, sorry, now i have to drop your rating.

I recently ordered a LG drain pump for my Kenmore Elite Washer and received the part within three days. Total price for the part with tax and delivery was $57.00. I used internet videos to show how to install the part. I repaired the washing machine within 3-hours and had it working to perfection. Prior to ordering the part, I contacted 7 appliance repair companies and was quoted between $325.00 and $672.00 for a visit and repair. All of the repair companies would only allow for their parts to be installed and their prices for the drain pump were between $156.00 and $275.00 and were not guaranteed to be a OEM part. Everyone should consider Genuine Replacement Parts for their appliance repairs.
