It's a 5 star for the purchase,delivery and the part. Everything works perfect. Core charge returning process is bit complicated.
Do NOT order from this company unless you are 100% sure it's the part you need. We are all human and sometimes make mistakes when ordering online. The expectation is that the sellers will have a reasonable return policy. Genuine Replacement Parts will make you jump through 1000 hoops, then when your 60 days to return passes, they are done talking to you, and all they can say is "I apologize for the inconvenience." That doesn't solve the problem. I shouldn't have to send dozens of emails with pictures to try to return a product that was ordered incorrectly.

It's hard for me to say how likely I am to recommend the site or use it again until I receive the part. I'm pretty sure the diagram provided when I looked up the part helped me narrow it down to the one I need, but I won't know for sure until I get it, and then get in the appliance and try to change it out.
ETA: Now that the part has arrived and I can confirm I ordered the right one, I am satisfied with the experience and if anyone I know needs a replacement part for a major appliance, I'll point them this way.
There are parts of the diagrams that don't match my freezer, but the models match, and the same diagrams are used by every other parts supplier. The thermostat looks right, though, so I'm taking a chance. At any rate, this is a problem with the OEM, not with you.

I ordered an oven glass and they sent me a cheap fridge drawer. Several emails back and forth and they kept asking questions about different numbers on the shipping box. I took pictures from all angles, but now they say its been too long to return the item. I'm out $150
